I don't know if these folks were on drugs or just super weird. Besides the odd behavior which was borderline creepy, Said they were out of buns, so I ordered the Frisco. The sourdough was buttered heavily but not fried or toasted so the sandwich was soggy/ weird. Fries were cold..not at all meeting even minimum expectations.

Horrible experience ! I know they were short handed but I spent 20 minutes in the drive threw. First minutes I heard everything that was being said in the store over the intercom. No one acknowledge any cars and there was a line I saw people drive over the curb just to get out of it.
I guess no one knew there was a line because they didn't turn their head piece off because No one replied awven after several "HELLOS"
I finally got to place my order and waited another 10 mins at the window with someone occasionally waiving their "wait a minute " finger at me.
By the time I got my food the fries were cold and rubbery the burger was cold and nasty and the drink was flat and the syrup was empty it was just colored water.
I understand being short handed but close the store if can't Handel the flow . 20 minutes for nasty food that got thrown away.
Because I'm a honest person I was given my food before I paid I still payed but quickly regretted wasting my money.
I will deffinatly not go back to the white st in athens tn store again

Every time we stop here the employees are super welcoming and friendly. They always ask if we need help when ordering on the kiosk and are familiar with their app. Which is always very helpful, since I'm new to the whole rewards thing. No matter what time of day the food is always amazing, never old fries or hard bun on ny burger, which for McDonald's is amazing! Also very clean for being fat a truck stop.
Parking: It is attached to a Love's gas station that also has a Subway inside. The drive-thru is easily accessed and tons of parking available, to get to the gas station you just have to walk thru the subway and don't have to walk back outside if you don't want to, the bathrooms are always clean and they even have showers available for truckers or whom ever needs for 17$ I believe.

Iv gave this restaurant more than 3 TIMES!!! to get it together, Every time I go there they was out of coffee creamer they tried to say Mayfields! Was out but my dad works for Mayfield this time I went in they was Still out of creamer and OUT OF COKE!!! I was a regular customer but as of how my experience has been lately I think it's better off to just go and get McDonald's for a better experience because they won't be out of coke coffee creamer and there service is overall a negative star but I couldn't put 0 (Edit) they forgot my Frisco sandwich as well when I received it was ice cold
