I put 1 star because of food missing and early in the morning you want all your food you paid for and I spent 17$ and got 10$ worth of food and be cause the large hash browns was missing and my biscuit so 1 start fo food!

I ordered a large, 5 piece chicken tenders meal. The service was fast. But it was fast because the chicken was old and the fries were cold and limp. The workers were not rude, just standard communication, which is fine. But what isn't fine is getting cold food. This has happened multiple times at different days and different shifts from fries and lunch meals to hashrounds and breakfast meals, so it isn't anyone in particular. It is the management team not caring about proper food rotation or giving customers good food. They care more about the timer than quality control. I will gladly wait 5 to 10 minutes if it meant hot fresh food, but I guess that isn't company policy. Also, the atmosphere was boring. But that's basically almost every eatery now.

Shelly the manager is very rude and disrespectful I found a long black hair in my gravy and biscuits and neither me nore my wife has black hair. Nor are around anyone who does. And when we reported it to corporate they did nothing. So I guess me the receipt and pictures time stamped from that day. Will go to B.B.B.

Ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was dry and hard to eat. Looks like it had been under the heat lamp for hours. The chicken portion was very small also.
