After pouring my gravy on top of my biscuit, I noticed what I am almost 100% certain is a rat turd/mouse turd. I called and reported my issue to the restaurant and was told that I couldn’t send them a picture because they weren’t allowed to bring their phones in (Which I highly doubt the manager adheres to) my only option was to take it back so they could fill out an incident report. I had already gotten to work and wasn’t able to leave so I told her I wasn’t sure why I should be inconvenienced further but oh well I’ll just leave this here. You decide whether or not you want to eat in such a nasty place. I usually stopped there. On my way to work but no more. Thanks Hardee’s for absolutely no help whatsoever!

Staff is very friendly, however the top of my biscuit was hard as a rock. The egg and some of the cheese were also hard. It was awful.

Biscuits were hard and nowhere near the usual fluffy, light and tasty ones I am used to getting from Hardee's. Unfortunately, my order was To Go and I was already back on the road or I would have returned them.

One Biscuit ? had a tiny piece of bacon ? on it and the Biscuits was All Hard ?
I stopped by Hardee's store # 1504319 in Athens tn. I ordered a monster burger with a large fry and Large drink. I got to my table went to eat some fries and they were cold and tastes like they were half cook, still raw. Took the fries back to them and asked if they could make some fresh ones. After 13 minutes I still didn't have any fries, by then my burger was cold. So I threw my burger away. The tea tasted like it was a week old. I will never go to another Hardee's. No wonder why you don't have very many customers. Y'all should just shut the doors and sell the place to someone like Bojangles.
