This is probably the nicest team I’ve ever come across in a fast food chain. I ordered ahead and when they didn’t have ingredients for the specialty Holly Jolly drink, they called me to offer an alternative mix of strawberries or a different drink altogether. Then they helped me bag everything in extra bags when I got there for easier carrying. Literally just the nicest team!

It’s Sunday morning. I order one item…yes ONE. A bacon egg & cheese biscuit, pay for a bacon egg & cheese biscuit. Get home all the way across town, open the bag and I have a sausage biscuit. No egg, no cheese, and obviously no bacon. To say I’m pissed is an under statement!
The lady who is at the drive thru window on Sunday mornings has got to be the nicest person on the planet! Always very polite and friendly and gets the line moving quickly. Love her!

After pouring my gravy on top of my biscuit, I noticed what I am almost 100% certain is a rat turd/mouse turd. I called and reported my issue to the restaurant and was told that I couldn’t send them a picture because they weren’t allowed to bring their phones in (Which I highly doubt the manager adheres to) my only option was to take it back so they could fill out an incident report. I had already gotten to work and wasn’t able to leave so I told her I wasn’t sure why I should be inconvenienced further but oh well I’ll just leave this here. You decide whether or not you want to eat in such a nasty place. I usually stopped there. On my way to work but no more. Thanks Hardee’s for absolutely no help whatsoever!

Staff is very friendly, however the top of my biscuit was hard as a rock. The egg and some of the cheese were also hard. It was awful.

Biscuits were hard and nowhere near the usual fluffy, light and tasty ones I am used to getting from Hardee's. Unfortunately, my order was To Go and I was already back on the road or I would have returned them.
