We ordered an 8 piece meal, When we got home, we only had 6 pieces and no biscuits. The cashier was just throwing our chicken in the box. I probably won't be back.

How do you forget sauce with a chicken strip meal it’s because the employees do not care and are not capable of having any job that’s why they work at KFC complete joke and surprised this KFC didn’t shut down years ago! Do NOT go here! do Athens a favor and maybe if they shut it down we will get a fast food restaurant with good service like chick-fil-a.

The food was really delicious and the employees were very nice and friendly!
Went through the drive-thru and got the 8-piece chicken for $10 the chicken was not done when I called the store to tell them the lady got smart with me I won't eat at the Athens Tennessee store ever again! Wanted me to drive back up to the store and bring them the chicken no thank you.

The young lady that took my order was very sweet, but when we got our food the chicken was hard and the biscuits were very doughy like they were half done so we had to trade my husbands chicken. It was so hard then my piece of chicken had Uncooked breading which made it doughy and it wasn’t cooked completely.The oil tasted like it hadn’t been changed in awhile. I took it to the manager and she had an attitude and I asked for her name and she said I’m the GM in a condescending tone. My family and I will never go back there again and I’m gonna tell everybody I know how horrible the food was and management is!!!

I got a chicken breast that was so tough I put most of it in the trash. Biscuit, potatoes and gravy, and corn were good. I only had tough chicken once before and that was from Wal Mart.

Food is hit and miss. Service is more miss than hit. Management really needs help. I have walked in and had workers really happy to work for the public and other workers don't really care. KFC used to be my most favorite place but now I dread even wanting to eat there. They make gravy so watery that I have told them not to put it on my potatoes. When you call corporate you get a call center in another country that don't care either.

There was only a couple inside a one lady ! But in the parking lot was people sitting waiting for there food to be brought out. It took about 15 mins , we asked for original chicken it was overcooked so it seemed like crispy chicken the biscuits tasted like chicken terrible ! Don't think we'll be going back there

They took my order and told me to pull up in a parking spot. 3 other cars were waiting. 15 minutes later I went in to check on my order. They didn’t know where it was? Asked for my money back. They need better training or adult supervision. Service is nonexistent. Worst kfc I have ever seen!!!
Enjoyed a great original recipe chicken dinner. Wife had a chicken bowl with mashed potatoe, gravy and corn. Fast service. Nice atmosphere.
