I ordered a classic patty melt it come with a dried out patty ,two cold pieces of toast, two cold pieces cheese and ton of mayo. I tried calling with no success. If I was the manager and allow my employees to serve this, I wouldn’t answer the phone either. This meal cost a little over 12$.

Absolutely terrible experience. Went to the drive thru, ordered the #5. 2 Krystal chiks, and fries. The window opened and all i heard was a slew of curse words. Extremely trashy people. But I can deal with that. That big problem was, theyve started putting their Krystal chiks inside wrapping paper. And the bread was so soggy that I couldnt even eat it. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. I decided to just throw it away, and I will not be going back.

This specific location is in desperately need of new management and quality control. My food was slapped together in the most disgusting ways imaginable. All of my Krystals were soaking wet with the toppings falling out of them all over the place. One was missing half the bun. The Chik had almost as much Mayo as chicken. The fries were the only thing that were edible. It’s too bad because I’ve loved Krystal in Chattanooga and other places. The entire franchise seems to struggle with consistency. Most people want lightly steamed Krystals. Not looking and tasting like it was dipped in a bucket of water. The Athens location needs to clean house with their staff. It’ll be years before I go back.

I grew up with Krystals steamed burgers. If you like them then you like them. I always have.
I had Krystal’s for lunch. I got your junk yard fries and a Coke Zero. They were so hot and fresh. Staff were super friendly. Thank you guys for such a wonderful lunch.

Update: a manger from the store reached out and the corrected the issue.
I did an online order on 2-21-25. I say in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes. 10 of that was after I finally got to the window. Got home with my food, and my 2 apple pies were not in the bag. Tried to call them to get the issue fixed and no answer. Waited a few minutes and tried to call back. Still no answer. Also why have the prices gone up so ridiculously high. A sack full 2 medium (what use to be small) drinks a fry and a chili cheese fry and 2 apple pies should not be over $40.
