Update: a manger from the store reached out and the corrected the issue.
I did an online order on 2-21-25. I say in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes. 10 of that was after I finally got to the window. Got home with my food, and my 2 apple pies were not in the bag. Tried to call them to get the issue fixed and no answer. Waited a few minutes and tried to call back. Still no answer. Also why have the prices gone up so ridiculously high. A sack full 2 medium (what use to be small) drinks a fry and a chili cheese fry and 2 apple pies should not be over $40.

Young boy Nathan, working the drive thru wouldn't stretch his arm out the window to give us our $38 order and was very very disrespectful. Acted like he hated everything to do with his job even though we were the only ones in the drive thru. VERY UPSET WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION!

As I was about to eat my burger I noticed a hair so I pulled in it and a huge piece of hair came out. Tried calling numerous of time and of course no answer! So disgusted🤮

This place needs a remodel or removal. Prices for Krystal are insane for what you get. A few small flavorless burgers for double what a large combo at another establishment would be. Asked for just mustard and pickle without know that's basically all you get anyway. Ended up getting like a tablespoon of mustard on each. So much...

Apparently when you order online, they tack on $10 plus dollars in unexplained charges. 36.78 plus $5.49 is $42.27. 5.49 is tax. My entire total came to 57.76. Buyers beware.
