For the second time in a week or week and a half, our online order was messed up. I didn't call the first time and complain. But when I called tonight as soon as I got through explaining what was wrong with the order, the phone line started breaking up and I got disconnected. I called back again and this time the young man the answered was trying to be real cute the way he was speaking to me. And he also told me that we had to bring the receipt in but we ordered online so there is no receipt to bring in and we are not driving back down there to return the pizzas. It's never the cheaper pizza that's messed up, it's always the more expensive one. It's bad enough to have your order messed up repeatedly but it would be nice to be spoken to respectfully when you call to report what was done incorrectly. Especially when you are being polite. I guess I'll have to email corporate to get any satisfaction.

Guy at counter was very nice. But, I asked for jalapeños on my pizza and another kid said absolutely no way. Like really. But, they have me a side so I put it in myself. My kids worked at little Ceasars. I know you can add toppings onto a pizza. Just bc you're 18 doesnt mean you know how to do customer service very well lil man. Pizza was ok, would have been better if jalapeños were baked in pizza.

I went in there round ten o'clock got me a cheese pizza paid for it and realized the guy. Did not wash his hands after handling money matthew was his name that is a big nono when handling food.

Shout out to Bri and chance for the best customer service their always so polite and the pizza is always so fresh. Also shout out to the manger brandon for always helping out with customers and always making sure a customer leaves with a smile and great food. I will for sure be going back there to get me a pizza. Thank you! I am so amazed by the work you guys have done for this community. Also shout out to Matthew , Trevor, Latashia, Gracie and Aiden for being the best crew members there they are always the sweetest and I have never had a problem out of them. Keep up the good work you guys. Shout out to Nathan for always helping out for everyone at Little Creasers and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. He is also really good about making sure the food is fresh, hot and making sure the food is eatable. Thank you all for the amazing service
