Took way to long to get our food, they were supposed to bring it to our table, I had to go get it. Ordered ice cream later, they gave it to someone else, waited at least 15 minutes for that too. And A/C for playland broke too 🙄☹️

Waiting 20 minutes at curbside pickup and I eventually had to go inside to get the order. The employee said sorry it's been hectic. However there was only 2 cars in the drive thru and only a few customers inside. So that excuse was just a bold face lie. Don't do curbside pickup at this location. Go through the drive thru or go inside to pick up your app order.

This restaurant is supposed to open at 530 am but several times I have come in a little after 530am and have to peck on the door to get someone to come unlock it to let us in. Then times I come in and have to wait for someone to come log into the register then they can take orders. If schedule is to open at 530am. Then everything and everyone should be ready to take orders and not have to keep people waiting. Some customers are on a schedule and need to get food ASAP to be at work on time. Sometimes I come in and have to yell at people in the back to get someone to take my order.

The young girl at the last drive thru window was real rude, rushing and pushy. Than our friends are cold. I gave them another try thinking they would improve on there customer service and we’ll….its still the same.
This is by far the worst restaurant in Athens. I placed an order on mobile app went inside to get my food, stood there for ten minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter. All the employees were acting like a bunch of kids at recess. Finally one young man came from the food prep area to see what I was waiting on because he saw that I was irritated. Another young man asked him what he was doing and I told her he was checking on me since no one else seemed to give a damn that I had been standing there. My food was cold and not one person apologized for the wait. I was the only person waiting on food and the drive thru was not busy, so what their excuse?? This is not the first time this happened it’s a regular thing, I will not be going back.

Management there is awesome dude named Leo super patient and helpful. I definitely think he goes out of his way to help in general. There is a lady manager that does a good job too but I haven't heard her name.
