Ordered my brothers McCrispies and the sweet lady put our order in correct, we got our food and they gave him snackwraps, no big deal we can just let them know so they can re make it, they then blamed the woman that took our order saying that they'll take it out of her pay and she did it wrong. The sweet lady then came to us with our receipt and she was correct! A little upsetting to see how she was treated.

Don't take youre kids here you got cold food a cashier who uses profanity at customer's and at co workers and managers who do nothing about it man this mc Donald's suck they should just shut it down or corporate should just yank it from its owner and fire everyone and hire a whole new crew who actually wants to work and doesn't use profanity at customers and fellow co workers and management and have managers that have a customer service mentality and have some kind of moral compass im not spend my hard earned money at this not so family friendly restaurant

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to - drive thru window time is 20 minutes MIMINUM!!! And once you are in the line you can’t even get out. I sat in the drive thru STUCK in traffic for 30 min before I even ordered. They need a new crew and management

Day shift messes up my food every time. Night shift good tho always get it right.
Ordered ahead for my kids and I for after trick or treating… I know it’s a holiday and it’s busy but the way I was treated and how long we had to wait was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 3 kids meals all the same and a meal for myself, my daughter’s meal was thrown together and missing all toppings on her burger.. but they were busy so I let it go. I was told to move up so they could bring out our meals in a few minutes. 20 minutes go by and the kids meals are brought to me. I tell her we are missing mine and she goes back in. Never comes back. 10 minutes go by another lady comes out asking if I’m someone else. I tell her what I’m waiting on and she does the same thing. Third lady comes out asks what I’m waiting on. Goes inside. 10 minutes later a different lady brings out a bag and shoves it into my window and walks away. I put it aside and go home. Open it up and it’s not what I ordered. And it’s a burger unwrapped … a 4 piece nugget and a small fry… I ordered the triple cheeseburger meal … so I was treated like an animal and waited over 45 minutes just to be served crappy food..

Clean atmosphere with quick meals to go. They seem to change out the oil frequently so your fries taste fresh and not the over saturated in old grease taste. They also have the quick order machine inside and you can use the app to order before you even arrive.

Didn't receive the correct order. Couldn't find a clean table to sit down and eat. Tables were full of crumbs or food residue. Didn't enjoy listening to political nonsense while I ate.
