Here is the reason for only 2 stars. I was seriously craving spare ribs. They are fairly rare as most restaurants that aren't dedicated to barbecue serve baby backs. We called when we were about 15 minutes away to see if their ribs were spare ribs or baby back. Young lady on the phone said spare ribs. I questioned this so figured I would just ask others when we got there to order. I asked the young man at the front and he said he wasn't sure. He went to the back to ask someone who also was not sure. This guy went into the kitchen to find out. They came back and said they are indeed spare ribs. I get home and I have a rack of baby back ribs. When you spend $27 on something, it's important that it is what you ordered. There is a vast difference between a rack of spare ribs and a rack of baby backs. Any restaurant should make sure that all employees know what is being served.
Other than that, everything was cooked well and they do have really good food.

I had heard so many good things about this restaurant so we decided to order our Thanksgiving meal from there. I had friends that told me it was absolutely amazing but I hate to say that I was extremely disappointed. The turkey was very dry, the stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy were so salty that none of us could eat it. The macaroni and cheese was ok and the sweet potato casserole was way too sweet. I hate leaving reviews like this and I really wanted to like the food but like I said my family was very disappointed.

What an awesome restaurant!!! I was in Tennessee this past weekend for some gospel music events I had scheduled and after the event on Saturday I along with my gospel group Clearvision from Alabama stopped for dinner before they left to go back home. One of my friends who lives nearby highly recommended we go there. I am so glad we did. The food was beyond amazing. Top quality food, large portions, and very friendly service. Our server was Frankie. She made our entire experience so wonderful. She made us all feel like family and she also helped us celebrate one of the guy's birthday. I can assure you I plan to go back the next time I am in Tennessee. I will also be bringing that group back when they return for events next March and next October. They are excited to come back and enjoy the awesome food and visit with the fantastic staff and hopefully have Frankie back as our server. She's the kind of server every restaurant wishes they had but can't seem to find. So, if you are coming through Tennessee I strongly suggest stopping by this great restaurant and enjoy an outstanding meal.

After a long day of travel, I arrived late on a Saturday night within an hour of closing time. I was immediately met by Taylor with an inviting smile. I was convinced very quickly that she was excited to take care of me rather than be upset cause I arrived so close to closing time. She seated me promptly at one of her tables and gave excellent recommendations for food choices. The service was spot on, prompt and always with her beautiful smile that instantly lights up a room. She checked in on me at appropriate intervals. Any request was met with a surprisingly fast response. I wish more hospitality staff would take lessons from Taylor. When I am ever in the area of Athens Tennessee, I will definitely stop by! And I’ll try to make it earlier than 9:30pm. As a business owner myself, Taylor has the mindset and skillset far above her years that would make her a model employee in any field.

Never fails every time I get to go order u can count on something being left out of your order got steak with baked potato and baked beans and got home no beans.The food in past has always been good just have check every time before u go home especially when I live 30 minutes away update after eating I ordered steak medium was very well done. I will give them credit they did reach out to me right away to make things right and that’s alway a good thing but I’m not here for free meal just wanted to make sure they was aware of what happened I will be back to eat there been going for years hopefully next time will be better results
