I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I'm super disappointed in the haphazard dinner box I just received. Hardly even edible, please be more considerate.

I enjoy the food from Pizza Hut - great pizza, amazing breadsticks. Management is doing something right with hiring for sure, speed is faster than expected for this type of chain.

When to the one in Athens last night at 7 pm with my party of six me and my wife order two pizza with everything but mushrooms but came back with our pizza they had mushrooms on it. She said there was nothing she could do about it as a customer why was this right to treat your customers this way. The manager came out and remade our pizzas and by the time they were done my party already left and the manager gave us another bill for 37 dollars when the sign said two pizzas for twenty and by the time we received our pizzas it was 845 pm and there was only a party of two in the restaurant the hole time I was there. I like pizzas hut pizzas but I recommend to my friends and family that they don't visit this place for how they treat their customers.

Mgr very rude ...walked away when I was trying to talk to him ...very little pizza on the buffet bar ...ate 3 small pieces because it was only like 1 or 2 small pieces on the bar.. ...the best part of the whole Experience was our waitress named CONNIE ...she was the only one trying to take care of EVERYONE....shes very polite and quick ....she is an Asset to the company..doubt my family and I will ever go back

You absolutely cannot reach them if they get your order wrong. They use Doordash to deliver. The dasher will shrug when you mention that the order is wrong. I've tried the phone number listed and the customer service hotline. Neither will allow you to speak to a person at the store. I've even emailed. No one responds. So, good luck getting your money back for items you paid for that they never send to you.

Floor was freshly wet from what I assume would be mopping, with no wet floor sign except between the counter and back of house, was rudely told the dining room was closed whick is odd considering my wife and I arrived there at 8:55 and they close at 11. When we asked for a menu we were directed to a dirty blurry menu attached to the front counter, absolutely ridiculous

Worst service I've ever had at this restaurant! Ordered a pizza and wings using their app. When I arrived at the restaurant, the app said that my order was ready. I thought that's good timing. Oh but was that ever wrong.... Got to the counter, signed the credit card receipt, then was told that it would be a few more minutes. I then watched at least 12 people come and go with their orders, some with wings. I might not have minded waiting some extra time IF people coming in way after me had not been served first. My pizza eventually came out and sat getting cold while the wings were being "tossed". Another 15 minutes go by. After the entire restaurant cleared out, I FINALLY got my order after at least 40 minutes and was the last customer to leave the restaurant. While Pizza Hut food is ok and the staff is friendly enough, the app and the service not so much. Too bad. I used to get good service here. Try another "fast food" place.
Took my family here for the buffet and I had a great experience,very friendly and beyond service ,James you are a kind,polite,respectful manager that I have experience in years !!!
