I come here for my lunch breaks and the staff are always very nice and the a/c is nice and cool. My food is always well made. I’m happy this is my lunch time destination.

Went for the buffet at 12 on a Thursday had one plate of food then spent 30 minutes waiting for them to restock the buffet with several other parties waiting also...finally gave up and left...then I go to order online Sunday, place order go to get it and the store is closed for the day.... I'm done trying to eat here I'll take my money elsewhere.

If you deliver for doordash and pizza hut pops up as an order, I would suggest to just skip it. I waited 56 minutes for 2 pizzas, they closed the dining room, had 7 people working (plenty), and also closed early at 8.

Ordered by phone and told us 20 Minutes to pick up and we went to pick up and they didn't even have our order showing. They laughed at us about it. Poor service and poor management we will never eat or order again our order was 56.00. we will give our money to another restaurant here in town. Never again.

Worst pizza ive ever had in my life. Was given a certain time, pizza wasnt done, had to wait on it. Got thw pizza and went home just to find a HAIR in my food. Then no manager on duty everyone gets an attitude and hangs up, cant get ahold of corporate. Apparently they couldn't do a refund. Athens pizza hut is the WORST. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.... when there is a friggin HAIR in my food there is a serious problem.... I am absolutely disgusted because that food was for my 3 year old son 🤢🤮

The staff was overwhelmed today but the food was great as usual. It seems like everybody decided to eat here at the same time. Connie the waitress and Terry the cook were great as usual. We will be back.

I truly wish I could give zero stars. They canceled my order then put it back in after 30 minutes and no one from the actual store would answer the phone for me to ask any questions or inform them that I did not want my order two hours after I ordered it.

Im a door dasher. The night time manager which is a female is constantly making us wait for our dash order to get done. I mean wait up to twenty minutes or longer. She is constantly losing our orders. She threatened to have me banned because I kept asking about the order. I have had to unassign 3 times because of her. This is Athens,TN.

We had to do a last minute birthday party. Pizza Hut of athens was wonderful at accommodating us last minute. Waitresses were wonderful, food was great. I was able to do food and drinks for around 20 people for about $100.00. Great value and great service. Thank you Pizza Hut.

Worst experience ever here to pick up my order the heavy set girl is flipping out said they are short staff she cancel every order she said she sick of this shit in front of my child what is going on in the store saying the manager quit every one quitting so unprofessional my child don’t need to hear that swearing in the store not acceptable wow never again
“workers” here are terribly rude they will never get my money. especially when the customer is being polite and they don’t even approach you just stand there being very disrespectful & rude. not answering your questions and throwing their finger up in your face to “wait a minute” very rudely! mumbling on about how they’ve been so busy..that’s not my fault this is supposed to be your job and their doing it very poorly. just because your busy and having a bad day doesn’t mean be rude to paying customers! i could go on and on about the experience iv had at this store. not to mention they leave their cooler open in 80+ degree weather for AN HOUR OR MAYBE LONGER!! not very professional if you ask me
