I was very excited to visit here because it's been years since I've been to a Ruby Tuesday. I've rarely been so disappointed in a restaurant. The hostess was nice. That's the extent of the good. Way too much to detail here. For $27 for one person, I expect so much more. (For reference, I was there around 3pm on a Sunday. Very few people in the restaurant.) I cannot recommend this restaurant at all.

We tried to eat here today. We requested to be seated in a booth and were immediately seated. No one came for a while and we just sat trying to be patient. A lady came apologized for our wait and said she was t told we had been seated and was supposed to be told if they sat someone here. I ordered and my husband began his order and she said you know what honey it is going to be an hour on a baked potato and I said what ? She said y'all all the ones we have are black in the middle. So we politely told her we would not be staying. Which she said ok. There was no I am sorry or anything. I do believe she was a manager of some type and not a server. We arrived at approximately 4:40 and this took place at 5 p.m. Sounds like some training needs to take place. First of all don't throw the person who seated us under the bus. Just say I am sorry it has taken a while for you to be waited on. Learn management of food service to have a very common item ready to serve. Thankful the guy who seated us was polite. He was a server who looked and looked around I believe for the hostess and said hey I can seat you (there were 3 parties waiting to be seated us and two others). We were traveling and just 30 minutes from home so we headed to find a place to eat. We just like RT and thought we would stop there since we don't have one. Not a great experience.

Food was not the greatest. Salad bar was poorly maintained and thats one of the best parts of Ruby Tuesdays. We picked it just because we knew they have a nice salad bar, not today!

Three bad burgers. Literally rotten bacon...found a piece of plastic burned on 1 of the burgers, brown rotten lettuce on another burger and my daughter ordered no cheese on her burger and it came with cheese, meat burned. Salad bar was certainly neglected. The carbonated coke smelled and tasted like moth balls. I think there was mold in the machine. Don't get me going on the women's bathroom..dirty and neglected. The only good part was the waitress. She worked hard and was kind. You could tell she was embarrassed to tell us they had no fries, onion rings or broccoli. Management needs to figure out how to fix the horrible food and clean the place up. Sad.

The food was terrible. My bacon must have been rancid. They didn't have french fries. You can tell the waitress was trying hard but had been disappointed by people not leaving tips before because the place is so run down and dirty

Ordered thru doordash 2x... portions have been extremely small. Manager doesn't answer the phone. Ordered don't come complete. Orders too small for the price.

Im baffled on the reviews must be all locals. This is by far hands down and I know ow its a ruby tuesday but still sat for over 20 min to get a drink 30+ to order food and it was definitely not cooked right I dont like to complain much but this place is a joke horrible service Cooks are not good at all go to apple bees right down the street all these reviews are a joke I cant remember the last time I had this treatment at a restaurant. DO NOT COME HERE I HAVENT EVEN BEEN TO THE APPLE BEES DOWN RHE STREET BUT I WOULD BET ITS VETTER THAN THIS.

Food was great and place was well kept and clean. We had a great waitress named Lanie. She was pleasant and kept our drinks topped off. Would recommend!!! 5 🌟
I came in for a drink, and enjoyed my visit immensely. Lanie, the bartender, was super friendly and kept a conversation with me while making drinks for the restaurant. Her drinks were very well made as well.

Lanie is the best! Absolutely love coming here and seeing how friendly and fast she is! The atmosphere here is just amazing. Drinks are always spot on!

Took forever to be seated. When there was only 3 other guests in the restaurant and the hostess seen us and walked away. Then server messed up our order and gave us the wrong sides along with way over cooked steaks. I asked for bbq and A1 and did not get the A1 untill I was finished with my steak (I ate pretty slow), and never even got the side of bbq.

Not impressed for what I knew Ruby Tuesday's used to be. Salad bar was mostly empty, especially the meat choices. Ordered the bourbon chicken and it literally tasted like a chicken breast with bottled sauce poured on top, grilled corn had the texture of 3 day old corn, mashed potatoes on the runny side and not alot of flavor as though they were old too. Going to McDonald's when we leave so I can get full.

The salad bar was absolutely horrible. Broccoli salad was brown, pasta salad was dry with other food from the bar dropped in it, salad dressings were all over that end of the bar not wiped down and lettuce was brown and the fresh greens were completely empty . My husband and I love Ruby Tuesday salad bar. We will go out of our way to go to one JUST for the SALAD BAR. Another experience like this and I will be going back to Western Sizzlin's salad bar. Bartender was great though. Totally not her fault. The women's bathroom was out of toilet paper with the garbage overflowing in the cans by the sink and in stalls. This was a total neglect on the manager. They should really have a talk and a write up with that manager. Very disappointed.
