Went to Ruby Tuesdays last night got seated nobody came to us offer us drinks or nothing for over 20 minutes for the money you had to pay that place should have top eight service it ain’t worth going there. Stay away.!!!!!!

The food wasn’t bad. The steak was over cooked and no flavor. But the service was not good at all. The server touched my straw with his arm while it was in my cup. He even brought drinks to the table and managed to spill it on the table and not clean it up. Spilled it all over our appetizer plates and even reached over our food just to sit the drinks across the table. Also touched my breadstick barehanded before handing me my food. Server had extremely dirty fingernails and kept walking around with his hands in his apron which I know is a huge no. Probably won’t be back.

Update: we tried to give it another chance since all we wanted was a salad. We didn’t even eat 1 plate of salad and I had to make a run to the bathroom. The place and restroom was dirty and had a bad smell. Can’t say we haven’t given this place more than a couple of chances now and it just keeps getting worse. We paid 50.00 for 2 salads and 2 teas and it was such a waste. We won’t be back! 4/2/2025
Tried the brisket taco (not the name but that’s what it was). It was not good at all. And the svc was lacking Salad bar was ok. Probably won’t be back considering we was trying to see if it had improved and hadn’t been there in over 4 years.

My husband and I went there march 28. They were busy,but we got seated quickly. The food was good, the steak could have used some seasoning, but it was still good. Our server Paul was absolutely awesome. When you go Wednesday thru Sunday be sure to ask for one of Paul's tables

Staff was kind for our brief interaction. No complaints there. My one star review goes directly to corporate and the Ruby Tuesday franchise. For $16.50(/w tax) i got a "ribeye quesadilla". Ribeye is definitely from the same vendor that provides taco bell and it's mostly Cheddar cheese anyways. Zero value, kids size quesadilla...I suppose we need to just let chains like these die. They had their place in America at one point I guess but I've had significantly better across the whole country from restaraunts without 1% of the resources and money Ruby Tuesday has(had). Just let them go away and make food at home.

Went for dinner and were really excited. Everytime we've been before it's been great this time an entire different story. The food was atrocious my husband got the steak and rib dinner the steak was terrible super thin and horrible quality. Ribs were so dry and just not good flavor. We got mozzarella sticks we usually get were terrible the marinara sauce was so thick and chunky you couldn't even dip your sticks in it! My husband had 4 electric blue lemonades before they made it right! Our server maybe came by 3 times the entire time we were there we had to wait for 40 minutes just for our order to be taken and then probably 20 for the check. Very disappointing all around. .

This was the worst experience I have had here,the server never refilled drinks.It was 5 on Thursday so not busy at all.The salad bar was spot on like always but there's where it ended.I ordered the Cajun chicken and shrimp.It wasn't cajun no seasoning at all,the mashed potatoes were so hard I didn't eat them.The shrimp were raw,had to get someone else to get our server,she got me some different shrimp that were cooked,it wasn't her fault but at this point I'm done eating,which I would have thought a discount off my meal would be nice but nothing,no manager nothing.I left the majority of my food paid full price for food I couldn't eat.

The experience here was excellent, I got the bacon cheeseburger burger and fries and my husband got the fish, rice, and zucchini. Both which were excellent. We didn't get to have the salad bar bc it was closed. The waitress was amazing very good personality very friendly, bathrooms were very clean, the manager was very nice. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are passing through or if you live in the area.

Blonde, older lady worked Sunday March 2. Other waitress was taking orders and delivering drinks no problem. Serving people who came in after us. Yet we didn't even get our drink order taken and sat there waiting for 20 minutes. When we went to walk out due to not being served, ANOTHER CUSTOMER said "good choice" to us. He was obviously dissatisfied as well.

Ruby Tuesday seems to be cutting corners EVERYWHERE to save money. No free bread, ordered a 12 oz Ribeye and it came with only one side (a tiny scoop of mashed potatoes), and salad bar was a $6 extra charge. I initially passed on the salad because it was so over priced but I was simply still hungry after such a skimpy meal. Quality of the steak was mid, ordered it med rare and it showed up almost raw but absolutely drown in garlic butter, which seemed to be the only seasoning. My server even tried to tell me she would have to charge me for a second drink when the menu clearly stated free refills on soft drinks. No idea what that was about.
On the flip side, salad bar was great. If you're in the mood for all you can eat salad it's not a bad price. Otherwise AVOID. I got almost the exact same meal with two sides and free bread for the same price at a similar chain restaurant last week.
