Food was fantastic, staff is friendly and happy. Prices are reasonable. Salad bar was fresh and fully stocked. Will definitely be back for dinner and lunch

Food just wasn't cook properly. Scallops for sure are frozen and cooked way to fast. Summer squash was oily. Catfish was okay but French fries were oily! Each location could be better or could be worse!

This is the first time I've ever written a review. I feel compelled, however, to share my wonderful experience tonight. I've been to several Ruby Tuesdays in my travels over the years, yet haven't frequented the brand in quite some time--for a myriad of reasons, lackluster service being paramount. Lodging at a nearby hotel tonight, out of convenience, I acquiesced. And it didn't disappoint. In fact it was fantastic. We sat at the bar and from the moment we sat down the service was friendly, efficient, and most notably, hospitable. The southern charm was peppered throught our stay. Best service I've had in years. This is one of my favorite places not only because we share a name, but because it's one of the few places where you can still get a good salad. Pumpernickel croutons beets every kind of pasta and pea salad you can think of and I tried their impossible burger and it really was a good analog for a all beef burger staff was kind of blah, nothing bad or impolite. Maybe they were just having a bad day.
My steak was overcooked and then slightly undercooked on the second try, my margaritas was disgusting but my waitress was amazing.

My family hasn't been to this location (or any others) on 5 years! The last time we stepped foot in this Ruby Tuesdays, it was awful. Everything about that experience was awful.
Fast forward to this month my husband and I decide to try it again on a whim. Im so glad we did too!
Catlin was a wonderful, friendly server and will tell jokes if you let him 😉
The food was wayyyy different than before, and tasted so much better!
After eating we decided to get set at the bar. What a wonderful experience that was as well! Chasity is a wonderful bar tender, very friendly and the drinks were amazing! Best Margs Ever! ❤️
Overall, I truly can not even believe this is the same chain restaurant I stepped out of 5 years determined to never go back. The manager has put her heart into making this a better place and it truly shows!

Logan was an absolutely wonderful server his personality was through the roof and shadow sidekick Sharon was a delight and was equally amazing and the food was delicious the pickle fries are a must try! And Vickie was an absolutely amazing bartender filling up our ruby relaxers abd taking great care of us.!
