I came in for a drink, and enjoyed my visit immensely. Lanie, the bartender, was super friendly and kept a conversation with me while making drinks for the restaurant. Her drinks were very well made as well.

Food just wasn't cook properly. Scallops for sure are frozen and cooked way to fast. Summer squash was oily. Catfish was okay but French fries were oily! Each location could be better or could be worse!

This is the first time I've ever written a review. I feel compelled, however, to share my wonderful experience tonight. I've been to several Ruby Tuesdays in my travels over the years, yet haven't frequented the brand in quite some time--for a myriad of reasons, lackluster service being paramount.
