Stopped by on a 92 degree summer day. Was exactly what we needed to cool off! My wife got the lemon bundt cake, I got the peaches and cream and my son got a Piña colada with cream. They were all delicious. So much so we all finished a Big Biz. It's everything we needed and hoped it would be.

I've been going to Sno Biz for years. Great variety of delicious flavors. Great way to cool down on summer days especially with a small crowd of friends and family. A few picnic tables with umbrellas available for those who can't take the direct summer sun. I recommend Sno Biz for fun slushy drinks on hot summer days.

Rude lady works and can’t tell you anything about the products they are serving you. Hateful and bitter people shouldn’t work in customer service.

The lady that runs the place is super rude and has an attitude problem. I ordered a small milkshake for me and my daughter to share and asked her nicely if I could have another small cup to split the shake in. She told me in a rude tone of voice that she isn't doing it because she's trying to make money, not lose it which I totally understand, but it was how she said it that made me want to never go back there. She's always rude to me every time I go! I wouldn't recommend .

I've always LOVED going to Sno Biz! I've been going here since I was a kid too! They've always been awesome with great service and awesome Sno Cones! Decent prices too. I definitely would recommend going here for a great frozen treat! 😊

In 1997 I met the rudest person in a K-mart parking lot. I was convinced I'd live out my life never finding anyone more horrible.
Welp, 26 years later in little ol Athens TN, I have finally come across someone much more miserable, rude and filled with attitude. The grumpy old lady who worked the Sno Biz register is officially the most unhappy human I've come in contact with since birth.
She wouldn't even give me a cherry on my shake and she smelled like an infants neck.
Would not recommend unfortunately

Very refreshing when I'm in the area on a warm/hot day I would definitely stop in. My wife takes our kids here also and they all enjoy. Highly recommend
We go here probably once a week. It is a great cheap treat for the kids especially on hot days.

Stopped there today and the lady who was working was very rude acting. My granddaughter said she had an attitude just as quick as she open the window to her. I am handicapped and had pulled up closer to the building to try and read the menu of the flavors. Nobody else was there. I wasn’t bothering anybody. All I was trying to do was read the menu better. She kept being very rude telling my granddaughter that I couldn’t park there. I was not parking I was just trying to read the menu. If I had been in anybody’s way I would’ve moved but nobody was there but us. It did not call for her to be rude and have an attitude. I will never be back by there again. I bring A carload Of my grandkids to get snow biz but I will not stop anymore. Somebody needs to lose their attitude. We own a business and we have never acted like that to our customers.
