The food is great but they've taken away 5 parking spots right in front of the restaurant and ripped out the menus to make online ordering pickup locations. Makes things look a little trashy the way they've done it

EXSTREMLY rude people and I mean people She was disrespectful to me about how the food was to be picked up
Asked me to wait at door even though they are supposed to bring it to you but who cares about that really I guess
Then I watch them put the shakes on the floor mud and crap everywhere then proceed to do many other things for about 5 minutes.
Then come back grab the shakes and serve them to me!!!! This is disgusting

For the past three months this Sonic has gone from being mediocre at best to being the slowest fast food place I've ever ordered from. The wait times have gone from 10-15min to being over 30min for three food items. I understand as someone who has worked food before that this is not the employees, clearly management is not efficient or is experiencing staffing

Multiple visits they have cleared my mobile order off the screen and waited 10+ minutes after clearing it off to receive my food and this time I waited 30 minutes just to receive the right drink and wrong food so then had to wait even longer for my food

We went to Sonic 35 minutes before closing time and they refused to make a burger that we politely asked for. No excuse for refusing to cook more than 1/2 hr before closing. We won’t be back. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Pathetic and totally unacceptable for any restaurant.

Our drinks were good if you can over look the drink spilled all over the cups. Cheddar peppers were fried so long there was no cheese in them. Looks as if they were thawed before frying. “Groovy fries” were so hard you couldn’t eat them. Came with no sauce. Only received half a container. The carhop was so unfriendly. She only smiled once she realized she was getting a tip.

This would be a good place for a restaurant went the other night and the manager argued with me over the differences between a fresh burger and a cold on was given cold food twice and when confronted again about the cold food they argued and told me they come like that then today we try again just wanted a simple shake and we get told there not serving burgers or ice cream only fryer items so to sum it all up this place is a complete joke it’s ran by children there’s is zero professionalism in this place I do not ever recommend this place
