A couple of things went wrong. The service was excellent, as always. The person who brought us are food was sweet and friendly. However, the wrong credit card was used even though we have a credit card on file on the app. 😡 This had nothing to do with the local Sonic. It was the app's fault. Then instead of two hamburgers, we got three and the food wasn't cold but it wasn't hot neither. And for some reason they never make their shakes mixed well. All the good...
Didn’t get main part of food order. Order 2 combos chicken bites and cheeseburger, tots and 2 drinks with my grandson. Got home NO chicken bites!!! Cheeseburger not made as requested.
The food is great but they've taken away 5 parking spots right in front of the restaurant and ripped out the menus to make online ordering pickup locations. Makes things look a little trashy the way they've done it
