The weekend girls are awful mean and disrespectful. Especially the red head girl wants to charge me extra for crunch and the wrong price for java chips then tells me they don’t have the button for that. YES you Do. Do your job right. I’ve talked to your manger she’s great and does it perfect along with the other blonde girl during the week. There’s no need for rude employees like that. Then they still don’t get the orders right!!!

Worst Starbucks location. Coffee just tastes so bitter than what I'm use to they don't usually make the coffee right half the time so I just go to the 7 brew down the road which is way better.

I ordered a pineapple passionfruit refresher and it was watered down beyond belief. The menu on Starbucks website states it should have lemonade in it but it must have been replaced with water. I believe a blind person could have done a better job. I believe the two main issues here is I am not wanted as a customer and the staff made sure to do their job half-assed to ensure I wouldn't return.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. They don’t scan my app for points, and they charge extra for things that a normal Starbucks wouldn’t, like changing a syrup flavor for $0.80.

We have become quite good friends with a lot of the girls here and due to some rather serious health issues I've been having a rough go of things. Bella wrote a really sweet message on my cup this morning. I can't thank these ladies enough for all that they do.
For a Starbucks in a grocery store, this one was in a good location. It is at the front of the store as you enter so it's very convenient. Good service and food. There are a couple of tables with chairs so you can sit and people watch as you drink your coffee. My car navigation had me exiting at the first Athens exit (I75 south), then turn left and go 2 miles. It would have been better to exit at the second exit, turn right and go a half mile. Not sure why it did that.

Staff were a bunch of whispering hateful girls who were obviously talking badly about me. I ordered a trenta pink drink and was given a venti in a trenta cup. $7 is too much to be charging to short people on their drinks. Ridiculous. This is a picture before I have taken a sip of the drink.

I said "Starbucks is where I can plop down and drop the cargo without fear of gaining a hitchhiker or a family of on my drawaz" I get there and It is inside a grocery store .... so at this point, a grumpy was making its way out the door .... so Ingles it was ....AND come to find out ... no hitchhikers on my drawaz BUT also NO FRIGGIN SOAP OR PAPERTOWELS ..... Hello MEAT DEPARTMENT !!!
