Why offer a free coffee for “Nurses week” and when you go to them they denied it.. false advertising..

This location is inside Food City. We arrived over an hour before they were scheduled to close and the lights were off. As we approached the counter to see if they were open, one of two young ladies stated they were closed. We did some shopping in the grocery and as we left the lights were back on and they were serving a young man. Not sure what that was about.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The girls told me it was closed and as I was leaving the lights were back on and they were serving someone else. How does that make any sense?
I think her service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Lying to me about the store being close and then serving someone else after. If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to.Both Frapps had huge chunks of ice inside. Our water had black bits at the bottom of the cup. We ended up throwing out all our drinks. No way to come back for a refund or exchange as they never gave a receipt.

Went there an hour before closing. The door was locked and I had to knock before a very rude lady let me in. The coffee was horrible and I will NEVER be going back again.

Dietary restrictions: The server said she couldn’t give me non-dairy milk because she already put it up and didn’t want to go get it.
