Our freeze came out as a liquid asked for it to be fixed and they just handed us the same one back out the 3 grilled cheese burritos were supposed to have no chips on it and extra sour cream wich they came with the chips and no sour cream just awful do better next time just because ur mom thinks your a disappointment doesn't mean you have to live up to it and disappoint other people pay attention to detail

Food was okay. Nothing outstanding, but will certainly come back if I am craving Taco Bell again. The only item that stood out as above average was the French fries. They were hot and fresh and delicious!.

Asked for 3 tacos no lettuce. Received 3 tacos with lettuce. Husband ordered separately, asked for my replacement tacos. Still did not receive tacos. Called and asked ‘manager’ for refund. Told me I needed to come back in for a full refund and they weren’t going to give me the full amount with donation back. Said he needed approval. He must have needed an adult manager. I’m thinking maybe an adult manager should run the store at night.

Do not like that they are forcing ppl to order on the computer inside !! Makes it VERY DIFFICULT for ppl who do not know how and it takes forever to find what you are wanting to order . Would rather talk to a person!!!!

I'm not sure what the young man's name was who served us on Thursday 9/25/25 mid afternoon. He stopped what he was doing in the lobby, to come to the counter and graciously accept our order. We could have used the kiosk, but he chose to serve us with a smile. It's not easy to be an older person in this high tech modern world! But it IS easy to be kind. I wish I knew his name, so I could give kudos to the right person. To whomever it was, your unselfish kindness and willingness to serve did not go unnoticed! 👏
This store need some serious help. They spend too much time talking in the back instead of waiting on customers. My son had an interview there and after making him wait for almost half an hour, they sent someone out to tell him they weren’t hiring anymore. This is so unprofessional on their part.
