I have NEVER had a good experience here. My food is either very much lacking, cold or missing. I ordered a chalupa supreme tonight and as you see in the picture I got less than half a chalupa. And in times past, I have called the manager and that does absolutely no good because it is just another teenager who doesn't care and she actually hung up on me (and I was not being rude at all. She just didn't want to hear that I wanted a refund.) I love taco bell food but it is ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS to even order from there because 100% of the time I regret it and I have wasted my time and my money. DON'T WASTE YOURS!

Ordered for two, and the total exceeded the cost of a proper sit-down meal elsewhere—outrageous considering the experience. Part of the order was forgotten (yet again), and getting someone’s attention to fix it felt like pulling teeth. To make matters worse, when I asked for the large cups I had paid for, the staff demanded to see my receipt as though I was trying to scam them for a few ounces of soda.
The food itself was downright appalling. The chalupa shells were cold and hard, as if they’d been stored in a freezer and left to thaw at room temperature. Nearly every ingredient tasted stale, bland, or outright nasty. It’s astonishing how a fast-food chain can take a simple concept and fail at every level.
This place isn’t just bad; it’s embarrassing. Charging premium prices for subpar food and dismissive service shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Save your money and your patience—this Taco Bell is a masterclass in how to make terrible tasting food with matching customer service.

The food is always very good and fresh. The staff is very friendly and nice to talk to. I recently went in for breakfast and they have stopped selling breakfast because not enough people were buying it. It was a little overpriced, but it was always fresh and good. Now I will no longer eat here because their breakfast was better than lunch. It's a sad day in the world

My food was a little small in size. Had to almost yell to get attention of one of the staff.
Let me start this review off by saying that everyone at this Taco Bell was working hard at their job! They were short staffed and some of them were doing the work of 2 people! When it is like this I totally understand and I'm not one to get frustrated at the workers who are hard at it. Service was great at this location. Food came out hot and fresh! Will definitely be going back.
