I've currently been standing in line with only one person in front of me since 8:02. The line hasn't moved it's currently 8:25 and not even one person can assist. There is no one in the drive through either. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. The customer service will have you ready to assault someone smh.

Don’t like to leave bad reviews because that’s usually not my thing but I am leaving a bad review in order for the establishment to correct something that was probably a health violation. I found some shredded chicken in the cheese dip sauce.

Every time I order from this Taco Bell SOMETHING is wrong with my order. Every time. Don't bother paying the extra fees for add-ons like Pico on your burrito because your not gonna get it.

I know you should not expect much from a fast food place, but this one has some of the rudest employees I have ever had. You can tell they hate their job.
I gave them 2 stars, instead of 1 simply because the youngest employee was attempting to run the window, fill drinks and get the food ready while the others stood there on their phone the entire time.
Management needs to be replaced at this particular location.

I made an online order around 12am, abt an hr ago. Despite ordering late, my food was delish. My quesadilla had extra cheese and sauce as I ordered it. I got the mild sauce that I ordered as well. The little lady at the window with black, curly hair was so friendly and sweet !

i just doordashed ONE thing! that was already 15 dollars! a crunch wrap that has NO meat in it. i am so upset! when i tried to call to get ahold of someone the phone doesn’t work!! wouldn’t even ring! couldn’t leave a message! no meat inside my crunch wrap & the phone doesn’t work. very upset. i will not ever order from this taco bell location.

It would be a better experience if they would get the kids to work and less playing . I have no problems with day shift always good food and professional... Night shift on the other hand has no manager and employees playing and no respect for customers or their orders. Honestly they need a manager and drug tested...
I placed a mobile order for a cantina bowl and a Mexican pizza. When I got the food home 2 miles away, it was cold and I paid for extra chicken and cheese, there was no extra anything and the left off the toppings. The Mexican pizza was disgusting it had a weird moldy taste he couldn't even eat it fearing he would get sick. They also left off all the toppings for the Mexican pizza. Disappointed 😞

If I could leave a 0 star review I most DEFINITELY would! We went to get food for my family the girl at the front taking the order was very rude then another came to help her and she was worse. We got our food and checked it before we left and were missing 6 things and had 3 things we didn’t order so we took our bag back up there and showed them. Who I’m assuming was the manager came up with the 2 girls that I had spoke with about this and she was very very rude this place is very poorly managed we will not be back we will for sure be taking our business elsewhere it took them 2 remakes to get it right and then as we were standing there the guy making the food accused us of adding things to our order!!!!!!

Everything was old and cold including my husband’s food!! My 4 cheese flat bread wasn’t toasted, it was soggy. I know it’s not cooked in house but the consistency made it taste raw. I had to throw it out, I couldn’t stomach it. Missing four Cinnabons out of our 12. The girl at the window was very nice but the food was not pleasant.
