When the new location opened, the food and service was great. Over the last year the food has gotten bad. Dry dry burgers with no flavor. Cold fries. Non attentive employees. It's a shame because it was once good. Just another bad burger place in Lenoir City now.

Asked them to drop fries so I could have fresh fries. Instead they pulled the fries out from under the heat lamp and set the bag aside and waited for the still raw burger that they actually gave me.

There are at least 10 of us that go out to eat after church on Sunday and Wednesday nights. The last 2 times we have eaten there it is always cold with no heat and cold air blowing out of the vents we had to eat with our coats on. The girl at the front register always looks like she’s in a bad mood. The drink machine has the grate missing where you should put your cup and ice goes everywhere. Please help with these problems.

I go here so so often and I adore the staff so much. Everyone is so pleasant but GUYS! This is the third time I’ve ordered spicy chicken nuggets and you give me regular. :/ You know the regs are mid. Give the people what they want. I much rather wait a few minutes for spicy nuggets rather than get these mid nuggets. Ty !

I purchased a large chili to go in Athens, TN. When I opened it I was disappointed. There was a cup of chili broth. No meat or beans. They did give me lots of crackers...now I know why. I have always been pleased with the chili, but not tonight.

Waited in line for 10 minutes before leaving to go elsewhere and there where only 2 people ahead of me. Slowest service ever and that says alot coming from a retired who doesn't mind waiting

Original review: we should have learned our lesson with the watered down chili however today I figured I would try the app with mobile curbside pickup. to say it was one of the worst experiences ever is an understatement. after waiting for over 30 minutes and they're parking lot for my food even though the tracker said my food was done and had already been delivered. after several attempts at trying to call the store and no one answering a guy finally comes launching out with my food crumbled up in his hands he hands me my order and go sorry for the wait turned around and walks off the food is cold and I don't mean just a little bit I mean it is cold. I truly wish that we could give this location no stars at all
We got water with a hint of chili. For $10 we expected normal chili
