Came in with my family while traveling. And have to say we all enjoyed our visit at this Zaxby's location. Food was excellent. The nice fella at the counter skippy was fast friendly and on top of things making sure my family was well taken care of Thank you!

Waiting time is crazy. Ordered a large order of fries and there was 14 French fries on the plate and when I questioned was this a large all I got was yes and she was gone. On top of that, they were not cooked fully.

This is absolutely the WORST Zaxby's I've ever been to. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I've been to this location several times over the past year, and it only gets worse each time. There's always excuses as to why the order is never correct, the curbside service is not provided even though the app still offers that option, and many other issues. I usually wait a few months before I give them another chance, but this is absolutely my LAST visit. This place is run by a bunch of incompetent people, who can't even get all of the order in the bag, but they're always going to have some pathetic excuse for why they can't get it right.

Absolutely enjoyed my salad here. A lot of salad for the price. They made sure that my food didn't have onions, as I'm highly allergic. It was nice to go to somewhere that actually seems to care. Thank you

Food was great nice n hot 🔥 came in with family and wasn't displeased at all..Location was super clean staff on top of thing even though there was a little mix up Skippy took care of it immediately apologized asked if there was any extra sauces he could bring.Also Kelly was taking care of the lobby wiping things down when I was getting my drinks just great to see hard working employees...Overall great Experience definitely will check out this location again in the near future

They usually get my order right. The last time I went they got my salad order wrong. Good place to go for chicken fingers. Their prices keep going up but so does everyone else I guess. Will be going back there sometime in the future despite the incorrect order last time.

Ordered curbside because the line in drive thru was to the road. After watching it clear out, I'm wondering where my food it because it said 10 mins and it's been 20. Come to find out they just had it sitting inside on the mobile order shelf. What's the point in curbside if you aren't going to bring it out?!
