Usually great experiences. But closing at 9 then having a drive through where you have to wait 30 minutes is insane. Speed up please

Ordered curbside because the line in drive thru was to the road. After watching it clear out, I'm wondering where my food it because it said 10 mins and it's been 20. Come to find out they just had it sitting inside on the mobile order shelf. What's the point in curbside if you aren't going to bring it out?!

Every single time I get a drink from this place they fill the entire cup with ice! You might get two sips if you are lucky. Besides that , great service, clean, and everything else is great. Fix this issue, please.

The way the teenagers do orders at night time is terrible they have gotten my order wrong the past 9x or more the day shift is immaculate most of the time, once i got an old salad that made me sick and i took it back And it was still the same hot old lettuce. Not worth the price it costs.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is always fresh and hot. It's a little dark in there even at noon. The prices for the food is a little too high so be sure to bring enough money. The restroom is on the small side, but most of the time it's fairly clean. They have a decent selection of ONLY Coke products, which is a letdown.

This location has fallen apart! I work in another town nearby and LOVE their Zaxby's, but the Athens location is just poor service and has been for too long! I was asked to "pull forward and wait for my food to be brought to me" it never came, I had to go in and get a refund. We love Zaxby's food and it would be nice to see the kind of service Cleveland TN. Has!

Got home to find a missing order. Our bad for not checking the bag. Had to drive back to get the order. Finally got home to find that the order for the chicken tacos was missing chicken for each taco. Very frustrating to say the least.
