I wish i could give 0 stars because this was horrible i spent eighty dollars on tiny portions cold and raw meat. My steak was suppose to be medium this was bloody and cold i ordered through uber so i wasnt able to get it fixed..my shrimp was suppose to be stuffed with cheese and peppers and it was just cold shrimp the queso. Was watery and tasteless horrible experience will not order again

This was our 1st time trying Abuelo's. The interior looks a little dated which was a disappointment because the exterior sells you on an upscale Mexican restaurant. Our server was awesome... very nice and attentive. The food was disappointing. It is not... I repeat... it is not authentic Mexican dishes. It's Mexican dishes with an American twist. The portions are very generous however the taste was just not there. If you love Authentic Mexican food Abuelo's is not the place for you.

Excellent attentive server. Fresh tomatillo sauce, fire roasted peppers in the salsa. Tasty pollo quesadilla al horno with fresh guacamole sauce. Everything was fresh. Not your average Mexican restaurant.

We were really impressed with the service, the atmosphere, and the food! Our waitress was attentive and kind, and the food was fresh and delicious. The tomatillo salsa was delicious and the refried beans tasted homemade.

We had the best experience. This was the first time visiting. Our waiter was so kind and caring from the moment he arrived to the table. Food was absolutely delicious and fresh. Our waiter had drinks brought before we even thought to ask. The restaurant was so clean. Not use to such great service. Most def recommend 10 out of 10!! Can’t wait to try again one day

Good as usual. Good chips with a variety of salsas. Had the sea bass with Vera Cruz sauce (always tastes great as it includes an ample number of shrimp). Well spread out and relaxed dining for lunch.
It’s got a great atmosphere and it’s actually surprisingly authentic Mexican food. I highly recommend it Plus it wasn’t completely jampacked like everywhere else around there on a Friday night where there was like a wait out the door but not here and get service. I never even knew of it but now I do and I’d go back again definitely

Haven't been to this restaurant for a few years food is still good service at the bar by Scott was excellent. We sat at the bar because of the 20 minute wait on a Wednesday night for a table because they're short servers like pretty much every restaurant is. Will go back. We had hips and salsa plus tamales, enchiladas, rice and beans. The food was hot and delicious.

Best dulce de Leche cheesecake ever and the medallions are amazing. Extremely understaffed tho. Working their poor servers to death and thus leading to long wait times for everything. Great mix of Mexican food and tex mex. Decent prices too.
