After waiting for 10 minutes, 4 of 5 ladies went to the back and completely ignored my daughter and I. Then the 1 person who stared at us the entire time goes to take someone else's order when they walked in. After all of that I get barely an ice cream in my 2 scoop sundae. I would not recommend coming on the weekend. No bag was offered and I had to close my own ice cream cups. So nonchalant. The store was extremely dirty as well.

My daughter and I use to frequent this location twice a week however we stopped because service had declined almost over night. After our last encounter and it started to get colder we opted to get our ice cream from the grocery store. Flash forward to March 7th about 3:30 or so Miss Mia won us back. She was personable, kind, patient with myself and my daughter, and instead of "how can I help you/ I can help the next customer" She asked us how we were doing and then asked us what we'd like, she offered us a sample of the flavor of the month. She was all around just a breath of fresh air from the past few experiences we had since last visiting. Thank you Mia, we're happy to be back at this location as long as youre there šØā¤ļø

The ice cream was fine. The prices were okay. But this one white girl working there last night ruined the whole experience. To be clear, the two black women working there were great. The woman with the blue hair was especially nice. But the white girl with the brown hair was incredibly rude, made several loud comments about customers in the restaurant including my family and others in the shop. She made fun of my little brothers, my wife, and somebodyās baby even. Her yelling at people, being rude, having an attitude, and rushing people through at 8 PM so they could close when they arenāt supposed to close until 10 is just ridiculous. I have a lot of patience for people being rude or getting exasperated at workāI get it. But there was no excusing her attitude and how loud she was about it. Like she went out of her way to make us feel uncomfortable there. You can look at my reviews and see that I very rarely give bad reviews. Tbh I am usually easily impressed. But omg. After the last comment about wanting āall these people to get out of here,ā we just walked out. I will never come back to this location because I donāt enjoy paying for someone to be rude to me and my family for no reason.

Iām not sure if just an age thing but why are you disrespectful serving ice cream to and elder womenās and children 7,6 and 3 years of age.
