Jerrica was great. Very polite. Very happy and helpful. The cooks were a little rude. They dont know how to cook. They burnt my potatoes that I paid 3.79 for. They wouldn’t add on more strawberries to the French Toast I got. Jerrica told the cooks i was willing to pay for more but they refused. Such a turn off. Chicken was great. Biscuits and Gravy were okay but not the best. Waffle and French toast was AWESOME! Automatic gratuity for 2 people was added which was fine I guess..I still tipped her more. Great environment. Great service. Bad cooks and practices. They need to do better for being in Bartlett.

The server (Will) was good friendly but the overall restaurant service was not. There were empty seats all over and still a long wait (30 plus minutes) The food arrived was average nothing to write home about. Eggs were ordered easy over and one side was “crispy”. There are likely many better options for a visit to Memphis.

Such a cute little place. The service was awesome for breakfast time. The food was incredible. My only complaint is parking isn't too great, but that's not uncommon for the area of Bartlett it's in, and it's not quite something they can control.

JR was amazing, attentive, and very apologetic when our food came out Luke warm. The kitchen made us whole, though, and everything was fine.
Maybe it’s because of the holiday. Customer service was horrible. The manager did not care. I had to beg for utensils, had to beg for syrup, had to beg for jam, biscuits were burnt. Had to ask for a better looking buscuit. Manager offered discount on potatoes only because he noticed it was the only thing not touched and he offers a 15% on the one item and not on the whole ticket. 68 cent deducted from ticket. While there I noticed 3 other people making complaints. I’m sure the owner would not be happy about this. I think a check in is necessary. The bathrooms are horrible and all. My family and I will not be returning. Just a waste of money and time.

The Crawfish Benedict and Rum Boogie French toast were amazing. Also the grits were fabulous...best grits I've ever had. Every drink my table ordered was well balanced and delicious.

I don’t like them charging gratuity on every ticket. No matter if you dine in or carry out . 18% on 1-6 people and 25% on 6 or more . I won’t visit this restaurant again .

Horrible charged me extra for peppers and onions in my potatoes and for cheese on my egg whites and forgot them both. Instead of remaking it correctly simply added cold cheese on my egg whites and peppers on top of my potatoes. Lemon Burberry waffle was not crispy at all and the kitchen staff got an attitude when I asked for the blueberry compote for my waffle. The chicken for my waffle was the best thing they had. Charged me extra for the hot sauce for it. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

I was excited to try a local Bartlett restaurant for breakfast while I was in town, but unfortunately it was quite pricey and I had to wait 35 minutes for my to go order of three biscuits and a piece of chicken. The biscuits were good but the chicken was a chicken thigh which I wasn't expecting either since a chicken biscuit is almost always breast. The vibes inside the restaurant are cute though and it looks like they have fun drink options, but minimal coffee options for breakfast.
