I order from this location all the time, and they rarely get my order wrong. They accidentally delivered the wrong drinks, and I never said anything to them about it. They are human, so I cut them some slack. A little while later the driver made a special trip to bring the correct drinks! BEST customer service!

Worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to in all my years. Few of the workers are Disgusting disgraces and very unprofessional. They were extremely disrespectful and got my order wrong as well. I will not be visting this area again. Managers need to get it together.

Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. Slowest drive thru, mind you they weren't even busy when I was there. The mobile only drive thru lane has ruined this location. There is only one lane for regular drive thru orders. Also, the drive thru is ridiculously tight if you have a full size truck or SUV. After waiting in line for 15 mins, I had enough! I drove between the poles and used the mobile only lane that was EMPTY to leave.
I went to the Summer Ave location instead. The Summer Ave location was A LOT better! Service was quick, no dumb mobile only lane. If you are in the Bartlett area do yourself a favor and go to the Wolfchase location.

This place is only about profit. They would rather only hire teenagers than a man with a child to take care of.
