I have had so many drive thru orders incorrect. I really hate making it home with missing food, I guess I should know to check at this location. Disappointing for chick fil a.

This is an awesome location. The staff is always super kind and helpful.
I love that they have a play place inside. It's clutch for anyone who has kids. I wish all Chick-fil-A locations had them.

This location is absolutely awful. We met here for a play date. Their app glitched and canceled my order but took my money. While I understand it'll go back on my card is a few days, however, that was the only money I had to eat with. After telling management and being very transparent about my situation. They shrugged their shoulders and told me there was nothing they could do about it. I have a child with me, is he supposed to just sit here hungry. Again they shrugged their shoulders. They could've comp'd the meal. At least the kids meal, I could've waited to eat at home later. But the lack of compassion, empathy, or anything was terribly off putting to say the least.

As a delivery driver, I’ve experienced repeated delays at this Chick-fil-A location. The app often says an order is ready, but when I arrive, it ends up sitting on the shelf while no one acknowledges it. In one recent visit, the order was clearly visible, but the staff was standing around talking about sports instead of assisting.
One worker — a girl in a red shirt with CURLY hair — was at the register, so she couldn’t help, but there were plenty of other employees present who could have stepped in. You can even see in the photo how many people were just standing around.
These delays are causing customer complaints because the food gets cold. I’ve also noticed this with certain drivers. I hope this location takes accountability and improves how they treat delivery drivers.

Mobile drive through for four milkshakes and it was excessively slow. four cars in front of us and all orders came out at the same time, no movement beforehand
Mobile order was very slow. Second time this month it was especially slow.
I'm a little upset I spent almost 20.00 on chicken noodle soup nothing but juice hardly no noodles or chicken if I was not feeling so bad I would have taken it back

Honestly, I love chick-fil-a. 10/10 service, food, atmosphere. Never got my order wrong. (I've been going here for years.) Consider this, they get a 4/5 because of the fact they aren't open on Sunday. I go here every time I'm able to. :)

I want to bring to your attention an issue that many courier drivers, including Grubhub, DoorDash, and Uber Eats drivers, are experiencing at this location. It seems that workers, including management, are consistently ignoring us when we arrive to pick up orders.
In this instance, as shown in the attached picture, it was evident that no one was making an effort to provide me with the order I needed to deliver to a customer. If orders are placed behind the counter, there should always be someone available to hand them to the drivers promptly. My order was sitting on the shelf.
It’s also worth mentioning that these apps notify drivers when an order is ready. If the app says the order is ready, drivers should not have to wait unnecessarily when they arrive to pick it up. This practice causes unnecessary delays, making both customers and drivers wait.
Please understand that we are just as essential in the process of getting food to customers as those dining in or taking out. And this is not a game, treat everybody with respect. Everyone, including drivers, deserves to be treated fairly and professionally.

Every time I go there something is left out of my bag whether it be a food item or sauce. I’m paying damn near $20 to eat and they can’t even read well enough to put an order together correctly. I won’t be going back to this location ever.
