The food was already great but it was the customer service that made this experience amazing! We came in with a large group of 8 kids and 5 adults and were treated excellently from the time we walked in the door until the time we rolled our way back to the car. Daniel and Logan met every request with a smile. Would definitely return if we were locals. Highly recommend!!

We went in an hour before closing, the manger im guessing was super sweet! The pizza was good and the employees work so super hard to clean! I love this location of cicis!

We came in for an early dinner (3:30pm on a Saturday) The manager and the person cooking the pizzas were very nice and cheerful, however, the young woman taking our order as we walked in was very rude (would not look at us, and rolled her eyes as my son was learning how to pay for his meal). The food looked like it had been out for a while - very dry and not appealing at all, however, when asked what I would like, I asked for a BBQ Pizza and it came out hot and tasty (although very greasy).

The services was good! However, the pizza and the selection wasn't great at all. Very disappointed. The pizza tasted off and the cinnamon rolls had too much oil or some oily butter product on it at the bottom. I hadn't been to CiCi in a while, I use to love it. Not so much anymore.
Food was okay, until I realized that (at least) one of the people was going from the cash register (taking cards, touching the screen, handling money, etc) to the back and handling food with the SAME gloves on. The games also have a hidden five credit “fee” on top of the 15-30 credits PER GAME. We put $30 into the games and the kids got to play like 3 of them each. They kept running out of things like plates, bowls, lettuce, etc. I know it was a busy night but considering they get busy often, I would think they could handle it better. Not coming back any time soon

It's the first time I've ordered pizza from Cicis via Uber and the truth is I don't like it at all, they didn't send me anything I ordered and the pizzas were just dough with cheese

"Honestly, Cici's Pizza was a major let-down. The pizza was bland and greasy, with very few toppings. The salad bar was sad – wilted lettuce, limited options, and the dressings were watery. The dessert bar was the only saving grace, but it wasn't enough to make up for the rest of the meal. The atmosphere was chaotic and noisy, and the service was slow and inattentive.
