The food is great dont get me wrong. But I've never had an experience where i wasnt on hold for 10minutes waiting to order and then wait 45 minutes for my food to actually be prepared after its quote time. Wing Guru is too close for the service to be so bad..

Would have been 5 stars the chicken was great. But I called in the guy said 50 minutes got there just short of an hour and waited just short of another hour. I I'm positive they didn't cook my wings until they got my money which defeats the purpose of calling in.

Oh my goodness!! THE... BEST... WINGS.. EVER!! I don't want to stop eating them. Regular hot and honey hot flavors are what I tried. Fried okra was really good and my husband loved the fried mushrooms too!!

We had a 5 piece spicy wings and fries, 5 piece honey hot with fries, and a 5 piece season with fries. The season on every order and on the fries were to salty. I will not be back to this location. Food was fresh. But to salty to eat.

The food here is always done fresh so it may take a little longer... but it's always excellent.... I hate that they have to leave the location... it sucks! Great food great staff!

Terrible service!! Don't waste your time or money here. There are too many wing places in Bartlett that will get your order correct or make it right if they don't. Food overall is not even good.
