Our waiter was the best. He check on us and made sure we had everything we needed, he suggested food and drinks for us since it was our 1st time there. He was very friendly and funny and he made sure we got our meal in a timely manner.

I come to firebirds all the time. This time I came I had a lobster spinach queso offer. When I tried to use it, the server stated it had been used before and that's not true! I was quite offended that you'd offer me an appetizer then accuse me of trying to use it more than once. Don't send if you're not going to honor it

This place is so unfriendly. They didn’t even make a waiting reservation, and after waiting for 30 minutes, they told me to reschedule. It was the worst. I’m never going back. This is just too much.

We were dining out with family on a Saturday night and we had a great experience. The food tasted great and our waiter, Bijon, was fantastic and provided excellent customer service! He was very attentive to us and made sure that our orders came out like they were supposed to and kept our water and tea glasses filled without us having to ask. I was glad to see the restaurant busy and was also glad we made reservations ahead of time. This restaurant is one of our very favorite places to eat and of course will be back soon!

They couldn't find my order that was placed online but they finally found it. When I tell you I wish it would have stayed lost...the food was horrible. The honey garlic chicken, parmesan mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables (especially horrible) and chocolate cake. This was my first experience here and my last. I felt like a prank was pulled on me. Potatoes were like play doh. Im horribly disappointed. Definitely my last time here. I dont know who cooked this food but it disrespected my tastebuds.Never again.

Seated and forgotten. 20 minutes before a server even acknowledged us and asked if we had been waited on... NO. Two orders' ‘wellness' were done opposite as requested. But we didn't dare send it back, so swapped with each other to avoid any further delays.  Picked this place over Texas roadhouse because of the better reviews, but now not so sure we made the right choice.

We had the pleasure of having Antonio Morales as our server and he was fantastic. It was our first time at the restaurant and he recommended delicious appetizers and made sure to stop by to check on us throughout the meal. 10/10 recommended him as your server.
My husband and I shared the Lobster Queso which never disappoints. I had the pasta and he had the sirloin. Both were delicious. Our server, Jasmine, was lovely and very attentive.
