I understand they spend all day making basically the same burger, so when I come in and ask for a plain, it throws them off. 😂 So I'll just say it's great food and the staff is friendly. Also, I'd like to see better ingredients in everything. The tallow is an amazing start.

Five Guys is known for their Burgers and Fries, but the also do an outstanding Hot Dog! Their hot dogs are available in three versions: plain, cheese, bacon, or cheese & bacon; plus basic condiments.
Today, I enjoyed two plain hot dogs with mayo and relish; plus a small order of Cajun fries. DELICIOUS!!!
Kudos to Kitchen/Service Team for fast and friendly service. The Team shouted out a greeting as each customer came through the door. Orders were taken very fast and food preparation neat and professional.

I had the worst experience ever today, at five guys, this was my first time ever trying them and I want be back..fast food restaurants are really going downhill now because of the customer service not to mention most places food is horrible and they want to charge a arm and leg for you to eat the food they have burned up…I went in to five guys today and the lady that was at the register was very rude and she didn’t repeat my order back….She was talking as if I had said something out the way to her or like someone had ruined her day but that still isn’t a reason for her to be rude to me…the burger was very dry and burned and broken up as if I had ordered a chopped salad…I later learned that the lady that I am speaking of is the General Manager of the five guys in Bartlett she ruined my experience with her nasty attitude and I hope that she gets her attitude fixed because being a GM that’s not the way to treat ur customers nor is it professional..She is very unprofessional and I hope that no one has a bad experience like I did…
