Very very rude! I was not greeted when I came in. The waitress Tiffany told me she wasn’t gonna serve me because they just turned off the fryer. Yes I was gonna spend over 100$ . This was my second time having a bad experience at the Bartlett location. I guess I should have went during morning hours while management was there. Bad bad service

Gus's is my favorite crunchy spicy fried Chicken! A Memphis must have. The sides are just as good as the chicken.

Takeout - Chicken is always decent and spicy. They're more of a volume business nowadays and lack the amazing fried chicken flavor of old. Potato salad and Mac and cheese are meh. Best fried pickles I've ever had! Service was OK, but woman at the counter was rude, but understandable because the guy in front of me was a jerk.

Don't go in and place an order and sit at a table. The server will mean mug you and make you feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNWELCOMED. went to my car to wait. How unprofessional. Maybe she was having a bad day. (Tip: get your game face on for your shift). Will not be back.

Still prepared like the original in Mason TN so don’t be in a hurry and you will wait for the chicken to cool down before you touch it. Perfect Cole slaw to go with Spicy chicken. Just creamy enough. Save room for the pecan pie.

Delicious fried chicken and sides. The fried green tomatoes were especially good. Plenty of parking on the outside and right off the main road
