They get 4 stars only because I wanted to get grilled chicken which I thought they had but didn't but overall they were nice and haven't gotten my order wrong yet after coming here a couple times
in Bartlett store is the good services! even i didnt wait so long the crew gave me a drink ! and checked my food that i get correctly.. that never see any kfc.. the register lady was very nice helped me get cheaper orders even busy , she was patient to showed me. i think she should be good mgr in future.
Went through the drive thru on a Friday evening around 5:30. Started the process of ordering a 12 pc family meal. Was immediately advised that it would be a 20 minute wait. Which I agreed was ok. Not much choice.
I paid and was asked to wait beyond the window.
After about 30 min, an employee asked me what I ordered. I gave him my receipt. I waited another 10 min. He finally came and brought the food.
I won’t b coming back to this location.
