Great presentation is a must to me.I mean we all have tired days but I feel welcomed when I stop by.Like they get it and my whole mood changes before I get back to it.Like a serendipity!
I ordered one part through the app and one part through the kiosk. The app was acting up and the kiosk was convenient to order since the counter worker was running food.After placing my order, 25 minutes pass and I do not get my food. This is 2pm on a Saturday so not quite a lunch rush. When I notified an employee, he sort of helped but my order included an extra cheese burger. I wanted a Dr. Pepper but the soda fountain has always had an issue and the employees cannot get anyone...read full review

Even though I had to wait on my 2 big macs they brought me cold fries. Afterwards I still had to wait an additional 10 to 15 min for fresh fries. I had to enter to building to get my fries. Overall it was a 30 minute ordeal which should have been quicker. There were limited workers which did play a part in the delay of food and service.
