I went to this location at about 2:10am this morning. Everything about this visit was horrendous. It took them at least 5 minutes to even take my order. They told me to go to the first window, where I sat for about 10 minutes, waiting for someone to show up. They finally did, I paid, and went to the second window. I sat there for what seemed like an eternity. The employees were moving extremely slowly, replacing cups, wandering around, even staring at me a few times when they knew I was getting impatient. Whichever employee that was bringing orders out curbside wasn't even wearing a uniform. They were wearing a ratty old t-shirt that you might see on "the people of Walmart" website. I got my Frappé first, and the employee that handed it to me, AUDIBLY belched at me when I said thank you!! I finally got my order, and I asked if there was sauce in the bag, which I specifically asked for with my order - twice. It wasn't. It took 2 people to get the sauce and bring it to me, and they argued about it the whole time. When they handed me the sauces, I informed them that when I got there, there was no one else in line, and only one person waiting curbside. There was NO REASON that it should've taken almost 40 minutes for me to get my food. It's beyond clear that no one on that shift knows how to manage their time, nor do they take any pride in their work or know how to treat customers.On my way home, I reached in the bag to steal a fry - cause that's just what you do lol. It was like reaching my hand in a box of crayons. They were insanely hard and super old and stale. When I got home and sat down to eat, I realized that they were ALL like that. The 2 I was able to eat were disgusting.Then I started tasting something "off" with my frappé. I looked down, and I noticed what I can only assume was mildew(?) in it. Of course, at this point, I was mostly done with it, so whatever it was is now in my body... which is unnerving in itself. I'll post videos of these things below.Needless to say, I'll never go to that location again. I rarely go to McDonald's anyway. Now, I'm reminded why. So, if nothing else, they reminded me why I don't trust ANY McDonald's. Ever. So, I guess thanks for that.

Staff forgot my filet fish and 2 cheese burgers, I have to come back. Filet o fish was exceptionally great tonight.As customer, are we supposed to check the bag every time?

Just left the drive thru and the Black lady with the crunchy looking wig at the first window was rude. As hell. I pulled up, gave her my card to pay, and she asked me about my hair randomly. She complimented my curls and I replied something along the lines of "thanks, I'm in the process of locking my hair." She then looked at me with disgust and replied "Oh, I really don't like locs..." (my hair is OBVIOUSLY loc'd) and just stared at me as if she smelled something sour. That's fine and all but with her wig looking like it looked she had no business giving out unsolicited opinions on anybody's hair. That's neither her job, nor her place to speak on and she's too old to be acting like that just because. It's not my first rude interaction with her so I'm not sure if she has beef with me personally or what because I don't even know her and I had literally just smiled and gave the lady my card. Customer service might not be the job for her, or maybe she just needs more training.

I’m usually happy with the service at this location but the Manager this morning was really rude and unprofessional for a mistake that She made. I understand people have bad days but please don’t treat your customers bad. Everyone else was wonderful, hopefully that Manager was just having a bad day and doesn’t act like that all the time.

They “claimed” they weren’t open and would take half an hour to take orders. I said “okay I’ll wait” and they proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t be open for longer than “I would want to wait.”

Went through drive through last night about 12:45-50 am. No other customers were there. I pulled to the speaker and two employees were cussing and chitter chatting. I said “um your speaker is on and I can hear you” they both got dead quiet. I was asked by the guy in the back if I wanted a receipt I said yes and then told me “well it’s not working sorry” like bruh what? Anyway, FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! The bun was hard (probably an old McDouble sitting in the HLZ for a while) fries were cold . I was too far to turn around. Needless to say this establishment has gone way down hill.

6 years living here maybe eat here out of convenience twice a month. Not a single order correct. And dont bother telling or asking the staff to fix it. Not even the manager. Just report to corporate. You wont get your money back but another comp meal to get wrong again.
