This review is based on ordering online. The wait time is ridiculous. You have to wait over an 1 hour to get your order. You can leave go shopping, etc and the order still will not be ready. There has to be a more efficient way to run this establishment. To serve the customers inside and those waiting curbside.

I placed a pick up order online and was given a time of 3:38 pm that it'd be ready.

I didn't arrive until close to 3:45, checked in at the parking spot for pick ups, and waited.

At 4:00, I hadn't received my order yet, so I walked inside and they were just bring it out. If you place a pick up order, it may not be ready by the time you are given to pick it up.

The wait wasn’t bad. We were able to go take care of a couple of things and come back! We actually missed our time by 10 minutes. They put us in right away! I appreciate that! The service was mediocre. The waitress was slow, but had a beautiful personality. The FOOD was not good. My steak was like rubber. We had to send both steaks back to be cooked a little longer. They burned one side on both. You could hear the workers in the kitchen. There was not a manager checking on the...
