Worst customer service I’ve ever experience. Asked for no mushrooms in my food. Came out with mushrooms, I didn’t eat it and requested for them to remake it, they refused and called the police because I refused to pay for it.

Customer Service is hit or miss. Today missed!! Came in and was grunted at. Told waitress 1. Myself. She just sat there. I seated myself and No one came. Had to get up and ask for service. Told another waitress who came what happened. She said the other employee thought I was waiting on others!! Ordered and was brought salsa with no bowl to pour into. I will go to my favorite other Mexican restaurants only.

Walked in, barely noticed. Server said how many. I said unopened. Never came to table. Had to remind her I was here. Lazy and unfriendly. Another server came. Brought chips and no bowl for salsa. Had to ask. I've been coming here for several years. The wait staff seems uninterested and lazy.

Took over 30 mins to get an appetizer the food tasted wierd and the service was bad overall

I hope everyone who dine here really enjoy themselves but wifey and I are not coming back, a simple beef taco salad was tasteless an her Steak Ranchero was too tough,,maybe we should have ordered something else..nice place though but too many Mexican restaurants in Memphis too chance this again,,

I don’t know who they had in the bar tonight (may 6) but they honestly need their hours redacted. One plate at our table already had to be taken off the ticket because it was horrible, and service was terrible. Ordered togo birria tacos, asked for a side of rice and the girl said “it comes with it” so we said “okay” and when we get to the house and look for the rice, guess who had us pay $17 for 3 tacos and no rice. there’s no way a table of two + a togo order….MINUS ONE OF THE PLATES…should be $40. we will not be back and if we could give no stars on service we would. the photo is of the tacos, consume, chips and salsa…no rice.

Today I decided to go to Los Cabos in Bartlett which I never been to I usually go to the other locations. The food was awful and why they bring me soft tortillas and the amount of grease and oil that was in the foil was disturbing. I could have literally fried chicken with the amount of oil that was in the foil. After talking to the management about the awful food he stated they don't do refunds 😒 So you serve people oil bread and awful food they don't even eat and you won't refund them. Please no one go to this location bad business, awful food and terrible customer service. The other locations are better please consider one of them for your dining experience.

This is me n my daughter favorite restaurant the food n drinks be on point.. This was the last time we went before she passed away on 09-21-24🥲💔I love this place we will be celebrating her birthday here at the end of March n Release balloons in the remembrance of her Long Live Raneshia Aronicia Harris my forever 24💜💜💜

Delicious food, great drinks, the waitress has been incredibly attentive and kind!

This is is absolutely horrible. I ordered a plate and it’s was so disgusting. I tasted it and said OMG I don’t want this. The manager told me I have to pay for it even though I didn’t eat it. The beans looked like diarrhea and enchiladas were cold. Worst place I ever ate. Los Garbage should be the name. Horrible customer service. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

This location has great staff and customer service. It's located in Bartlett, and the food reflects the location. There is also a Los Cabos in Memphis TN, which I feel the food reflects Memphis. My favorite location is the Quince location. I haven't tried the Summer location yet, but I plan to next time.

Food tasted burnt asked for food to be remade. She told me it looks perfectly fine and that they can’t remake Food. That’s not messed up and I said how would you know if you haven’t tasted it she told me it’ll be tooling off my ticket but they can’t remake my food. So now I left hungry on my 30min break thats BS

The food is amazing fast the drinks ate on point

My boyfriend and I decided to visit Los Cabo’s on Stage rd in Bartlett TN for Valentine’s Day tonight. We were having a good time until we noticed the workers were giving all of the Hispanic females roses at their tables and saying happy Valentine’s Day to each person but skipped the black women tables and did not give them roses. My boyfriend got real upset and asked for the manager. She apologized with a smurk on her face as if she was not really concerned. I have been eating at this establishment for years now. As of tonight, I will never set foot back into this racist establishment ever again. You all need to do better and stop the racism.
