We went yesterday for lunch around 12. We waited 30 minutes for our food. And seemed like they only brought it out to us because i went and said something. Food was cold and we still had to wait an extra 15 minutes for a kids potato. People around us who ordered after us got their food a lot sooner. We will not be back to this location.

This location seriously needs to be shut down. The level of unprofessionalism and outright disrespect toward certain customers is unacceptable. The woman in the picture is just one example—she’s been consistently rude, not just today but on previous visits as well. And she’s not the only one with a bad attitude. I let it slide once, but never again.
You can see from the reviews that this location has ongoing issues with poor service, forgotten items, and an overall bad atmosphere. I’ll be requesting a chargeback and will never return. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted to report these issues and demand further action.

Once again McAlister's Deli delivers great service. We were traveling out of state and decided to stop at this establishment again and found everything good. I did notice our meal did not have the avocado as the menu indicated but didn't bother to ask for it. The sandwich we selected was delicious. Great place to get a sandwich when hungry.

The guy in the blue hoodie that work in the back in the window was very nice putting my food in the window even through a rush and i was asking for extra things and he did it with no attitude or anything i definitely will be coming back.

went for lunch with my family and had a wonderful time! food was fresh, hot, and absolutely incredible. sincerest apologies for any misspelling, but Tamarika at the counter was such a delight. she was kind, efficient, made great conversation while she filled our drinks and took our orders, and did it all with a smile on her face. she made the experience! :)

Don’t go on your lunch break unless you have the time to wait. I ordered at 12:10, walked in at 12:15 and gave them my name, they told me it was still working. I waited until 12:30 to find out they had placed my to go order on the shelf without saying a word. Not sure what time that happened, they were busy and I wrongly assumed they would say my name as they did all the others. Long enough for my food to get cold. They had one nice blonde lady working expo, one very sweet girl with an Afro and glasses on the register and 2 people out front staring at the line of people waiting on their food. I will be going literally anywhere else in Bartlett.

Very impressed with the quality and speed of service, my friend and I received today. I have never visited this location & I haven’t been to McAlister’s in over a year. It was also my friends first time ever trying McAlister’s. The manager on duty, Wes, was very kind and hospitable. We’ll be back :)

I have not have McAlister's Deli in a while especially at this location. So, I decided to door dash from this location on August 4th, 2024. I ordered the Sweet and Smoky Chicken Sandwich and also macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was just ok it really wasn't too special. I had to add some pepper to get some more flavor out. The Sweet and Smoky Chicken Sandwich was really good. There was a unique balance of the sweet and smoky sides to the sandwich.
