Really disappointed in my experience here. I placed a pick up order in advance for 8:30 pm. I arrived exactly on time to pick up mine and my husbands dinner and they locked the doors early. I tried calling - no answer. I tried knocking - they kept telling me they were closed. Even though online says 9 pm? And I already paid for my mobile order? Really disappointing after a long day at work.

The most awful attitudes of employees and their manager can be found at this Panera location on Hwy 64. They constantly foul up orders and then slam down what is missing from your order instead of adding the ingredients. The customer is right but not here. The manager will snap at you as well supporting her staff instead of finding out what the issue is so she is a joke also. Do not support this location. It deserves to be closed.

Aiyanna and Bryson were so ridiculously helpful and courteous when we got stuck in the drive thru. They made us feel safe, supported and not as stupid as we definitely were. They went above and beyond and really proved what customer service can be.
I like Panera food but the service at this location is truly awful. The people who work there are rude and inconsiderate. They are often out of what you want. If you eat there, it tends to be dirty. If you get take-out, beware that it will take them twice the time they say to prepare your food. A manager there told me once that if I didn't like their service, there was another Panera several miles away and I should go there instead. I'll go eat somewhere else closer to home.

The cashier was twirling a broom used for cleaning countertops and signs and he would not stop. I get that he’s bored and antsy but tossing around dirty cleaning supplies does not instill confidence in the overall attitude towards safe hygiene practices. Food was good - not handled by him so that made it better.
