Please hire more staff for the mid-day shift. They're really good about getting my order right and everyone here has a great attitude, but GEEZ it takes 30+ minutes to get your coffee.

Abnormally slow with no apologies then ask for a tip at checkout. Get a grip. Tips are for performance and service not just cuzz. This point of sale tip shit has got to stop. Tips are earned not an entitlement.

I would love it when I order food it was ready when my flying was. I have had to ask about when I pick up my drink and then they make it. What is the point of ordering on the app if you not going to fill the order until I get there.

No customer in the store. No one in drive thru & still they manage to take 20+ minutes for one standard recipe coffee. I hate I already ordered on the app. This store puts a rep to the name. Horrible. Not the first time here & same result every time.

I tried to sit down and do some work. The music was so loud that I could barely hear myself speak. Asked the guy at the counter if he could turn it down just a little. He just said no. Won’t go back there.

Terrible customer service. Brook Meeks has a rude staff extremely poor level of professionalism. Find another location!!!!

This location is terrible. My order is made incorrectly every single time. I ordered a cold brew I either get milk and cream with no coffee or something disgusting. I ordered a pumpkin cold brew and what I got was a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with pumpkin cold foam added. I threw it out. Absolutely gross. Will no longer spend money here. Staff needs to be retrained. This location use to be really good but I noticed that the staff is different and they clearly don't care.

The drive thru is a 10 minute per car wait. I don’t have time to sit here all day for a watered down coffee. I paid for extra shots and just received coffee flavored milk. This location sucks and I wish they’d shut it down or quit hiring 19 year olds that can’t make anything but burnt food and watery coffee.

This place used to be good

I was waiting for about 15 minutes to enter the establishment and they never attended to me, they only attended to those who entered through the vehicle area, very bad service

Horrible experience with person taking order. Waited 10 min then was told I had to go to the other side. I left and didn't order.

Went to get some coffee and do some work however their wifi portal is down so you cant get on their wifi---- tried on 3 seperate devices to make sure it was not user error. Please fix the wifiNew interior doesnt have as much seating which also was kind of inconvenientStaff is polite and professional
