This location has demonstrated a repeated and unacceptable pattern of poor service.
Day 1:
My beverage was delayed approximately 15 minutes, followed by an additional 15-minute wait for pastries.
Day 2:
During lunch hours, a single hot beverage took approximately 30 minutes to prepare.
Day 3:
I placed a delivery order at 9:00 AM. The delivery driver picked up food from a neighboring restaurant at 9:15 AM, yet as of 9:44 AM, the Starbucks portion of the order was still pending. The driver confirmed the delay was entirely due to Starbucks.
Across all three incidents, there was no apology, no communication, and no attempt at resolution or compensation. The staff appeared inadequately trained, drink preparation was inconsistent, and there was a complete lack of urgency or accountability.
This location was once dependable, but the current level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Starbucks brand. Unless meaningful improvements are made, I will no longer be returning or recommending this location.

I frequent this Starbucks but recently the drinks have not been consistent. Last week, my cup was 2/3’s full and the drink was overly sweet. Today my drink was overly sweet again. Seems like accuracy of measurements is lacking.
Wost drink i ever had i asked for carmel ribbon crush they gave something else

No matter how busy they get, everyone here is always so fast & cheerful! This Starbucks makes my mornings a little easier and more positive. Keep it up guys!

Coming from Fl it’s been so hard finding a Starbucks who makes my white chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle.. sounds. Easy but every Starbucks I’ve been to except for this one has messed up a drink I’ve been getting for 20 years.

One of my favorite locations to visit. The baristas are amazing and do an excellent job making my drinks. Highly recommend

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday on my lunch break. I love going to this location because whether I am ordering in the drive through or on the mobile app, they are always so kind, timely, and efficient!
Came at 12 left at 1:03 had to come back 2 times to fix my order(it’s now 1:38), and my order was wrong twice, like it had cold foam on it but I never asked for cold foam. My sandwich which was supposed to not have egg on it, had egg on it. Which is crazy considering my bf showed them a picture of what I wanted to order, so unless you can’t read it shouldn’t have been any errors in typing in the order. Like it’s literally impossible to mess up this badly unless you can’t read or unless you don’t care. Which was the case. My bf told me the guy that was taking his order was also taking an order on his headset….which is crazy to me bcs if you can’t do that, and type in a order correctly then maybe you shouldn’t be doing it at all. Overall he just didn’t care bcs my boyfriend repeated the entire order slowly to him over 3 times, and even showed him the picture yet the guy still put it in wrong. How?? Idk I’m assuming he was being rude and wanted to rush through the order, and that’s just disrespectful. Anyways, The second time we came back it was still wrong, if anything it was worse. My drink was so nasty. I admit defeat and threw ts away, what’s even more upsetting is when yk how to make the drink, so when it’s made wrong yk they didn’t try at all . 😭💔 2 hours of bs, Management needs to put more ppl in mid day shift so workers won’t feel the need to rush peoples orders so much. Like I wanted it made with vanilla sweet cream not vsc cold foam, neither remakes had extra ice, and the person who put in the order didn’t even add the pumps of chai syrup. Even though my boyfriend not only repeated it slowly 3 times, but he said it very clearly so there was no mistakes. Anyway, yeah that’s definitely why ts tasted weird bcs im like what is this, srsly do not know how they messed up this badly. It’s literally written out for them. So sad, 2hrs wasted and my money wasted bcs what’s the point in coming back a third time. Who comes back a third time??? This is my second bad experience here, i just won’t be coming to this location anymore. Honorable mention the Drive through person was so nice, love the customer service from them. They were awesome and I feel so bad for them to have to work with coworkers like that and being handed messed up orders 🥲💗
