Came to this location tonight at 7:30 , open sign was on but door was locked. As we’re walking to the door looking inside the young lady just stood there staring at us. Didn’t say sorry we’re closed or nothing just staring. Not returning again. If you’re closed turn the sign off!!! Or at least acknowledge the customers.

We came by at 8pm on a Friday and the door was locked. There were 3 employees inside in plain view and they just stood there and watched us try to open the door. One was eating yogurt at the register.

Absolutely filthy. When I brought it to the employee's attention, she gave excuses but didn't clean up even when the store was empty. If this is what they let customers see, what do you think is behind the counter?

This is frozen yogurt! For those who don't know... like my husband. It is not ice cream. There is a difference. He ordered a chocolate milkshake using the ready-made ice cream from the machine (they do have the kind that can be scooped). He absolutely hated it. He said that it tasted bland and needed more chocolate. The only ice-cream product he ever eats is chocolate milkshakes, so he knows what he wants. It was definitely a waste of his money... he threw the whole thing out. I tried to make him eat at least half. He couldn't stomach it. We tried it, and it did not pass the chocolate milkshake test...

Praline & Cream is growing on me. I am not a huge fan of nuts in my ice cream, but this was good. I did add cheesecake bites to make it fun. The staff was friendly and I will be going back to try it again.
