I went this morn at 9:15 they were out of anything I wanted, they didn't even have reg an chocolate, glazed donuts, what donut shop doesn't have the norms, no eclairs. said they would have to make some. I'd have to wait five minutes on the donuts an so called eclair I ask if they could just give me a solid round donut with chocolate on top and put barvarian cream in that they didn't have that so they said they could put Bavarian in a regular donut I said OK fine I want barbarian cream in a regular donut three glazed three chocolate regular. I waited over 10 minutes at the window, then drove down the road and noticed that the regular that's supposed to be eclair was full of chocolate. I called them and told them I would be back to get the one with Bavarian cream. Here's the biggest part that got me is when I got to the window she started to hand me the one I asked her did she want the other one back she said yeah we're just gonna throw it away anyway I said well then I'll just give it to my grandson and I tried to reach for the other one and she would not hand me the right one and just starred at me I said if you're gonna throw it away anyway why can't I just give it to my grandson? I didn't want it, didnt want to waste it and she said no we're gonna eat it. I said so you don't want my grandson to have it but you'll eat it after I've touched it and I had to give it to her before she would even hand me that other like one donut like its gonna make or break them. I thought it was pretty low down when I said I was gonna give it to my grandson first- she was we're gonna throw it away and then it was all of a sudden we're gonna eat it so I gave her the donut. I took my donut. I told her they have declined tremendously. They should not be out of donuts by 9:15 in the morning when they're open until 230 and the donuts are greaser than they used to be for some reason they have really declined she is not as friendly as she use to be either and they've have lost my business and my family. The look on her face and refusing to hand me my one donut until I handed her that one donut back. I wouldn't be surprised if she put it in the case since they had nothing. So I will find another donut shop. It is a shame Gibsons is so far becasuse Gibson's doughnuts will always be the best doughnuts and the friendliest.

Decided to take our kids to get donuts on a Saturday morning. My husband googled for a donut shop nearby and this was the closest. Upon entering we noticed the variety was not allot. We really didn’t mind because our kid really wanted a sprinkled dount. *Service was very very poor, the young lady didn’t make us feel welcomed at all her vibe was just not it* The donuts were good and pretty big but I would definitely not go back!

I am ruined. I love these donuts so much I won't buy them ANYWHERE else. You can't find em like this anywhere else. I live in Huntsville AL, so donuts are now a special Bartlett treat! Most of the time, if you are getting a 1/2 or full dozen they get them from the back, so fresh and warm! Their donuts look huge, but it's because they are filled with love and are perfectly fluffy!

I didn’t eat in but I got them to go at the drive thru window on my way to work. I’m not even a donut fan but these were the fluffiest yeast donuts I’ve ever had. I also got a couple of apple fritters and a cinnamon roll. I thought it was going to be a regular cinnamon roll but it was more like a cinnamon roll donut. Mouthwatering! All of the selections were fresh and soft. This is my new go to spot if I want something sweet.

I am typically always pleased with their donuts, I always ask if they have any hot glazed donuts, if not, I choose to get a cinnamon roll or something like that. This morning the gentleman told me yes and then proceeded to give me a box of very cold donuts. I was very disappointed.
Got there at 2:43pm. Hours on the windows say SATURDAY they are open until 3:00pm. We'll, not this Saturday, 02/01/25. Lights out and locked up tight 17 minutes EARLY.
