If I could give 0 stars I would , I ordered two all star specials but I didn’t receive a waffle for either because the cook kept burning them also the food was EXTREMELY cold after waiting on it for 30 minutes I will NEVER eat here again as this is unacceptable and very unprofessional!!! HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN OR TRAIN THEM PROPERLY SO THEY CAN! Don’t go here

Not the best meal I've had at a Waffle House! Bacon overcooked, waffle overcooked and thin, skimpy on the eggs. The cook needs to tighten up, and then I'll give it a better review and rating. The food is why I only gave it 3 stars. Friendly staff though.

Ive visited 2 times now and both have kinda just sucked. The first time we sat for 30 minutes and nobody even like greeted us so we just left to a different waffle house. The second time we waited 30 minutes for food only for it to be cold and when I asked for it to be reheated it somehow came back steaming but cold? Service is awful and I really tried giving them slack because I work in the Resturant but this just wasn't pleasant.

Visited two. The first had two employees sitting down on their phones with unbusted tables. No customers. Turned right around and left. Second one was just ok. My guess is this chain has District Manager issues. 3 stars is generous.

Our server must have been high! He didn’t even say who he was or ask how we were, very rude. He was just standing around like he was lost or listening to something on his earbuds, definitely distracted. We had to ask for our drinks several times. We decided to change our order to go because we could smell the pot. So we paid extra to have it to go because the service was bad! Not good Waffle House. Tips should be for good service not automatic. I would not recommend this place at all.

I love Waffle House. This location is so hit or miss with service. Service usually ranges from decent to non-existent here.
The food is always good. All Star is so much food and you can even double up on hashbrowns if you need more.
