I just left an order to go go order. Texas egg sausage cheese sandwich. The cook he cracked the egg and left large shell eggs in my eggs. How can you crack a egg snd leave a whole large piece of eggs shells in someone food… i will never return to any waffle house location… sloppy poor food service

I only get a 30 min lunch. So I ordered online for pick up. I literally only ordered a triple hash brown and large Coke. I had to ask for a fork, a straw, and ketchup. So when he handed me the ketchup he literally only gave me 4 little packs FOR A TRIPLE ORDER OF HASHBROWNS. I will never be back here again. That’s insane I had to ASK so a fork to eat my food with, a straw to drink my Coke with, and ketchup !!! So I had to eat the triple order of dry hashbrowns because the guy was acting like the ketchup packets were coming out of his paycheck!!!!!!!!

People have been waiting and they have no one cleaning tables. People walk in and you are not even greeted. The to go set up is the worse. They don’t even know which orders are in. This has been the worse waffle experience. The employees are all rude and lost.
Refused to wait on us. Many people dining in with no food. They were only making to-go orders.

Food was decent. Not real sure why the server was making everyone use plastic utensils. Yes I asked for a spoon for the coffee. Maybe she is being lazy and didn’t want to wash utensils or maybe there is another reason. However if that was the case then she should have explained. It is very difficult to eat burnt hash browns with a flimsy fork tho. Also never asked if I wanted more to drink. Don’t know her name either. Didn’t put it on the ticket.

$18 with tip for grits with eggs, ham and cheese to go. The steak is less money on the menu, but grits are a high end delight and easily worth a hundred dollars or more by themselves. I'm thinking about getting into the grit business myself cause it's apparently worth more than gold.
