Went in at about 11:30 Saturday night to eat breakfast. It was at about half capacity. Every table still had plates on them and were dirty. We sat 15 minutes and then was informed they wouldn't be serving or taking orders for 30 minutes. They were doing nothing but talking. Waffle House's have become horrible since Covid. This is the 3rd time I've been to this restaurant and couldn't get served. I'm done!

Wife and I went there for breakfast this morning (for the last time). Female manager (and cook) was on her cell phone the entire time we were there. Only a handful of folks dining so no excuse for incredibly slow service. Folks walked out disgusted after being seated w/o placing an order. Table was dirty cleaned it myself. They brought coffee in dirty mugs (food stuck on the outside of the cups). They eventually brought two incomplete meals to our table and one order was wrong. By the time it was corrected it was cold and nasty. Ended up paying for a breakfast I didn't eat. When sharing our disappointment with the manager she became indignent and defensive. Bad manager (even worse cook) and poorly trained staff. This place has steadily declined and appears to have hit bottom. We'll take our business elsewhere.

This is probably the best waffle house around the Memphis area. The people who work here are so friendly and they work so great as a team. The wait is never long, even when they're super busy. The food is always amazing and if your order happens to not be quite right, they have no problem fixing it or taking it off your ticket which is awesome. I recommend this location, particularly in the morning, over any other location in or around Memphis by far!

server was trying to walk out the building to sit in the car was we were coming in. felt that taking my order was a huge inconvenience. this server was satisfied with letting me and my significant other sit at a dirty bar top while waiting for our food. Whenever our order was taken there were stains on the counter on front of us. which whenever you sit at a dirty bar you get what you get but instead she proceeded to bring waters and pretend like everything was ok.

I love Waffle House! I usually get the cheese or cheesesteak omelet. I like the loaded hashbrowns too without the gravy and chili. The service is on point. The waitresses and waiters are friendly and the cooks are on point. The manager is wonderful and really works to make it a great location!Vegetarian options: There are options for anyone who doesn't eat meat. Vegetables can be added to the hashbrowns or to an omelet.

Waffle house is always my go to for a good breakfast. That taste of the scrambled eggs with cheese I have yet to find a breakfast spot to match it! This particular establishment has speedy service. My food came way faster than expected and they were really busy.
