I went through the drive-thru this afternoon,I have to say they were busy but when I got home and went to eat my two little cheeseburgers the meat was burnt it was black on both sides. My dog wouldn't even eat it and he eats everything. Considering how busy it was I was surprised at how quickly I got my food and now I know why because the hamburgers had already been cooked and they were burnt. Why would anyone sell that to a customer? You can't tell me that whoever was cooking those burgers didn't know that they were burnt. If they're black and charred they're burnt!

Fries were as cold as the employees attitudes I waited longer than I should have burger was salty way to much burger shake the entire time I waited for my order all I heard was gossip from the kitchen cussing and complaining about what people were ordering I walked in and asked to make sure that the front counter was still excepting orders and was told yes and then I hear from the kitchen that of course we’re open we’re not here for our health very rude very unprofessional I drive truck across the entire country and I expect to get good service from the places I decide to eat will not ever eat at this location again

Never fails, you’re gonna wait at this location. It’s Right off I40 and on the way home for me. Sometimes I’m craving McDonald’s. It doesn’t matter if I order just a water or a sack of burgers. I ALWAYS end up having to park in a stall and wait. 10:30 at night no one in line and I’m waiting. 6:30 am and no one in line, and I’m waiting. Middle of the day, NO ONE IN LINE AND IM WAITING. Not sure what’s going on in there, but this location is DEFINITELY NOT “fast food” Sadly you’ll continue to get my business Ronald, because you’re the only McDonald’s close to home and I’m a Fat POS 😂

I ordered through the app and attempted to check in but the screen malfunctioned when I went to put my spot number and there was no way to correct it. It told me to go in to pick up my food and show them my code. I did and the manager that was a check out stated that I never checked in. I explained what was going on and showed her my phone. I told her I tried to call and she mumbled something about the phone not working… as I stand there with a screaming 2 year old. The food was ready which was nice, but not warm. She handed me a large bag of food and a tray of drinks for me to get out the door while holding my 2 year old and with my 6 year old by my side. They offered no help. Nothing to cover the mess up. No kindness. I get it’s not her fault the app messed up, but it isn’t mine either. There should have been another option outside of calling a phone that doesn’t work. Thankfully there were nice customers that helped open doors and get to the car because the workers showed no care.
