Was going to call papa John's but they were so busy that didn't answer the phone, so I called pizza hut. We were heading back home from Cookeville and thought we'd pick it up and save the delivery charge. When we got home looking at the meat lover's we had ordered was missing a lot of meat! Every thing else about the pizza was good maybe because it was the Saturday and Sec playoffs. It's going to be great for the Baxter tn residents when Domino's opens up, maybe with the 3 chains, PFS at the 4 way stop sells Hunt Brothers pizza 🍕 they all are very good most generally. But if pizza hut can't make a good pizza when they are to busy then they shouldn't have answered the phone 😕 just my opinion of course but we usually order pizza at least once a week and we have it delivered unless we are going to be running to the pharmacy or dollar store, but mostly delivered at an extra $3 plus the tip for the driver.

I honestly don't understand why they have their little sign that says if we don't ask you to look at your pizza you don't pay when they don't honor it what point does it make to pay for the pizza first if you're not going to honor your guarantees then don't advertise

I've ordered from this Pizza hut for a couple years, but my last experience threw me for a loop.
I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of 8 boneless wings. The wings were cold and one of them had wings the size of popcorn chicken, I included a picture of what I saw when I got home.
The biggest concern was the white sauce pizza I got. My toddler and I were the only ones to eat this pizza. We each had one slice. I threw up about 30 minutes after eating and we both were up sick that night. The next day It caused stomach pains and lots of diarrhea.
I attempted to reach out to management twice, they were too busy to call back or give me an email. I was instructed to call them at a specific time and then they did not answer.
I froze the pizza that made us sick in case it was needed. At one point I got an email from the general manager apologizing for the experience and food quality and nothing else.
I have never had an order remade/replaced or refunded here.
This was a $50 meal.
I was blown away by their behavior.
I will make the hike to Big Tony's from now on and avoid days of vomiting and diarrhea.

The staff here are AWESOME! We get pizzas here every week or so. The orders are perfect. GREAT folks.

Occasionally our carry out is a bit behind schedule but when we go inside, they're working their butts off. Shame on the Co. for short staffing these folks. Especially on the weekends and during football season.

I'm sick of paying for sauces and not getting them with my food- and not finding out until it's not worth it to go back and hassle underpaid workers. I'm questioning my sanity for tipping at all if they can't even bother to read the order.
Three batches of chicken took 40 minutes to cook... in ONE out of THREE fryer baskets (the other two were not used while I sat and watched).
Who is not training these people? Pizza Hut corporate (or managers in general) need to restore this location to its former glory!
EDIT: I just noticed that I was given 12 instead of 18 bone-in hot wings. I've seriously been ripped off.
