I've ordered from this Pizza hut for a couple years, but my last experience threw me for a loop. I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of 8 boneless wings. The wings were cold and one of them had wings the size of popcorn chicken, I included a picture of what I saw when I got home. The biggest concern was the white sauce pizza I got. My toddler and I were the only ones to eat this pizza. We each had one slice. I threw up about 30 minutes after eating and we both were up sick that night. The next day It caused stomach pains and lots of diarrhea. I attempted to reach out to management twice, they were too busy to call back or give me an email. I was instructed to call them at a specific time and then they did not answer. I froze the pizza that made us sick in case it was needed. At one point I got an email from the general manager apologizing for the experience and food quality and nothing else. I have never had an order remade/replaced or refunded here. This was a $50 meal. I was blown away by their behavior. I will make the hike to Big Tony's from now on and avoid days of vomiting and diarrhea. Unreal.

The staff here are AWESOME! We get pizzas here every week or so. The orders are perfect. GREAT folks.
Occasionally our carry out is a bit behind schedule but when we go inside, they're working their butts off. Shame on the Co. for short staffing these folks. Especially on the weekends and during football season.

I'm sick of paying for sauces and not getting them with my food- and not finding out until it's not worth it to go back and hassle underpaid workers. I'm questioning my sanity for tipping at all if they can't even bother to read the order. Three batches of chicken took 40 minutes to cook... in ONE out of THREE fryer baskets (the other two were not used while I sat and watched). Who is not training these people? Pizza Hut corporate (or managers in general) need to restore this location to its former glory! EDIT: I just noticed that I was given 12 instead of 18 bone-in hot wings. I've seriously been ripped off.

Pizza was hot and ready when I got there to pick it up. Staff was very polite and respectful.
Ordered 2 2liters and 4 pizzas, pizzas were not the right ones, and only got one drink, when we called to discuss it the person wanted to argue the point even though the recipt clearly showed it, eventually I just gave up and decided to never return.

In less than a year it has declined rapidly from a good establishment who valued their customers and corrected issues so they did not continue to occur, to the current one that creates anxiety and dread as you know the order will probably be wrong and the customer service will be severely lacking.

David is the best delivery driver there is. I was expecting that he’d need me to walk down my long drive way due to the snow but he gladly managed to drive the whole way. Showed up with a smile and pizza in hand. Thank you buddy!
