don’t let the reviews fool you. I got a 6 inch spicy Italian and 3 cookies. I was served by Elizabeth and she was great very helpful although she was alone with 3 customers when we could hear other people in the back laughing 🙄 She went above and beyond for me. We need more employees like her. Shame on the other employees.

I had an amazing experience at Subway, and I truly want to highlight the incredible service I received—especially from Jessica, the team leader. From the very beginning, she was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I felt welcomed. Her leadership clearly sets the tone for a positive atmosphere in the store. Corry was also very nice and supportive during the process, but it was Jessica who truly stood out with her professionalism and warm personality. You can tell she really cares about her work and the people she serves. Thank you, Jessica, for being so thoughtful and making my visit such a pleasant one!

Wow, this place is busy. The young lady with the neck tattoo, is unbelievably fast at service!! She was running circle around her fellow employees. Super impressed! Great sandwich

A night shift employee named Keanon ( unsure of spelling ) had told my husband and I that he could not make the meatball sub after midnight because of store policy. We come in this morning and a guy we haven’t been served from before is working. My husband jokes how he wished they had the meatball sub at this time but he will get the * insert order * instead. The nice employee explained how he did have the meatballs, and asked us if the other guy told us that. We tell him yes, that everytime we came in we couldn’t get the meatball sub because after 12 am they were no longer allowed to serve it. Turns out he was lying because he was too lazy to prep them. The employee explained they were 24 hours with any item on the menu ( expectations for out of stock etc ) We believed this for over a year and could not order the meal that we preferred because of a lie. Employees like that do nothing but cost money in lost sales and lost customers. Very disappointing, but shout out to the other guy with the tattoos on his arm for the customer service he provided. He was very kind about the issue.

I want to know who the manager is for this subway I’ve went in yesterday morning got a sub the way I wanted it this kid that seem to be high all time says his oven is down I called bs I told him I will be calling his boss today for sure

Wow the first time I walked in here I was greeted right away with a smile got my food to sit down n one customer lied trying to get an employee fired because she was wrong n flipped out on him wow I applaud that young man cuz she tried to get him fired feel bad she down degraded him like that

Mina is an absolute blessing! The subway was clean as was the food and that was nice 😊! I will always wish the cucumbers 🥒 were cut thicker but hey 🤷🏻‍♀️😅! Mina is a true gem to have in the customer service industry and if I could i would seriously give her a raise, a recognition of some sort & a hug every darn day! She is what every worker should strive to be!
Oh and to Subway itself, make the rollers customizable. There is far too much flatbread for such a tiny portion of stuffing! 🤦🏻‍♀️
