Mina is an absolute blessing! The subway was clean as was the food and that was nice 😊! I will always wish the cucumbers 🥒 were cut thicker but hey 🤷🏻♀️😅! Mina is a true gem to have in the customer service industry and if I could i would seriously give her a raise, a recognition of some sort & a hug every darn day! She is what every worker should strive to be!
Oh and to Subway itself, make the rollers customizable. There is far too much flatbread for such a tiny portion of stuffing! 🤦🏻♀️

I came in on September 5 at 1 o’clock in the morning wanted to Philly cheesesteak I was told the warmer and the toaster were not working and then I was told they were out of green peppers which is one of the staple ingredients to the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I don’t know if the guy was lying to me or just being rude, but I have a hard time believing any of that was true to Willow and fixed Me up

Every employee especially Shayla and Trent in subway should be fired. I ordered a salad bowl, Shayla not once asked what did I want on it. When I began telling her she proceeded to THROWING all of the ingredients. I told her I wanted someone else to finish she replied no and told me to leave. I asked for a manager she told me no again and told me to leave. I've been trucking 18 years and have never been told to leave any place. Customer service is extremely poor. I wasn't even greeted when I walked in.The shift manager tried to make things better but the damage was already done. I will never return to this location.
