Clinch Mountain Bakery & Restaurant offers a great place to take a break with a beautiful scenery and a view of Cherokee Lake and surrounding mountains. The Mighty Max burger is huge and delicious. The portions are big at low prices, leaving no one hungry. The super wonderful staff, including a very friendly and awesome wastress who takes care of her customer's and goes beyond, make diners feel welcomed and at home. The chef is amazing, and their fried green tomatoes are loved, as is the great pizza and great real food like soup beans and cornbread. While it may be a small mom and pop type restaurant, the overall experience is enjoyable. Despite occasional wait times and busy days, the food quality and atmosphere make it a place worth returning to. With ample parking, it's a convenient stop for a satisfying meal. They also have a vinegar pie.
