“I went to Mangia last night for the first time, and it was beyond expectations! The environment and service were both 10/10, and the food was off the charts incredible. *of note: I have issues with gluten and 90% of the menu was already gluten free. The gf pasta and bread options were delicious, and I didn’t feel like the odd one out at any point (because I could eat the same dishes as everyone else with a slight modification)! The team really does make it feel like you’re at a family event. The dancing mid meal is super fun and makes finishing the rest of the meal easier lol! 12/10 ✨ and I am already thinking about when we can go back 🥰🤣“

Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

The wait staff is always friendly. This time we had Tracy- a spunky gal with a great attitude. No matter what you order you can’t go wrong with a side of their queso. We had the Frutti di Mare and Veal Saltimbocca and both were equally outstanding. Nice wine list as well. Dress business casual as most fine dining restaurants are, so best to avoid dressing overly casual (Swartz, flip-flops, tank tops, caps, etc).“

“This is a must visit and goesvall the way back to old Greer Stadium across the street. They used to have a secret menu locked in a samsonite briefcase super glued to the wall. Best hotdogs anywhere and make sure to get sweet potato fries. Distinctly Nashville. Where the locals eat lunch.“

We knew the grill didn’t open until later, which was fine. The only complaint we had was one of the waitresses/ bartenders was a complete a$$! A not too sweet, refreshing non-alcoholic drink. Perfect.

2. Bread & Butter 6 (Parker roll)
Very good. Butter is slightly sweet and goes well with salt & pepper on top of the bread. Highly recommended.

3. Etch 10
The signature salad that crowns its own name. It has accents of blue cheese, melon, and nuts. It could have been with a little less dressing but still very good and can be recommended.

4. Chef’s Creation 56 (mahi-mahi)
Cooked just right to have a crispy skin. Potatoes were also made crispy outside and I couldn’t stop having more. Again it could have had a little less sauce but still it was very good.

5. Chocolate Mousse Bar (à la mode with ice cream) 13(+3)
It was rather an ordinary sweet chocolate cake.“

“Never thought we'd find Uzbek food - let alone Michelin-recognized Uzbek food - in Nashville, but we are so glad we did! Just a few blocks from Centennial Park, it was a great spot to grab lunch. We tried the tomato-onion-cucumber salad, the chicken-cheese samosa, and the Uyghur fried noodles. The salad was very basic, not much in terms of dressing, but the veggies were fresh. The samosa was not like an Indian samosa, it was more oblong and the chicken was on a skewer inside the dough, with onions and a scant amount of cheese. The flavor was great, the breading was fresh and flaky, and the mild pepper sauce it came with was very tasty. The fried noodles were the star of the meal. Handmade noodles make all the difference, and these were spectacular - chewy and soft and just delicious, mixed with flavorful beef, bell peppers, and topped with a fried egg. It was so good! We sat on their beautiful enclosed patio, and the server was very friendly. We will come back next time we're in town.“
