Walking in they are very welcoming, the “take out” rack is right by the door, easy pick up and go, the sandwiches have been mediocre to really good (meaning they’re not quite acutely prepared but still ok most of the time) depending on employees that day, presentation of sandwiches are good if you order there otherwise it’s kind of crap.

Service is super fast and they make your sub exactly how you want it without questions. They will let you know if there is an upcharge though. The folks working behind the counter were high school age and they were really throwing those subs out like lightning. And they even labeled all of our subs with everyones name on them so we knew who's was who's. Great place! And one of the workers named Kellie is an amazingly sweet girl! She is so chipper and her laugh is contagious! She's such a responsible kid! Good for her!

This place is usually great. But any time I order from the mobile app my food sucks. It's like they can't read the ticket right or just cant read at all. Barely any meat. My food was messed up. Didn't have the right stuff. Stuff not getting toasted. My footlong didnt even get cut. I'm getting sick of it honestly. How are you supposed to keep customers coming if you have constant inconsistencies. Smh

This place absolutely rocks. The food is always consistently good, but the real herbs on the bread are the people that run this establishment. They always put a smile on my face and a little extra love put into the sandwich. I'm very impressed with the way this restaurant holds its image.
