Been going to Rick's since the 90s. We moved away years ago but when in the area, we will go out of our way to get our fix. Their food is fabulous and the people are wonderful. On our last trip, they even took us out to the smokers and showed and explained everything to my son.

Great people, Great food. The burgoo is a must and the twice baked potato is awesome..

Rick's Bar-B-Que offers delicious pulled pork and wonderful sauces. The restaurant has a casual outdoor seating area. The BBQ is widely praised as the best in the region, with easy parking and a family-friendly atmosphere. Customers mention the food is fabulous and the people are wonderful. They run out of food before closing time, so it's recommended to go early. The pulled pork was ok, with a little sauce. Baked beans and white beans were awesome. Coleslaw tasted like KFC. Apple pie and pecan pie are some of the best ever tasted. The mild and rib sauces finish off a perfect sandwich. Don't forget a pickle.
