I’m very disappointed I walk in order my food they took forever and the girl who took my order look like she haven’t washed her hair in months and she smells like body odor that ashamed people don’t know how to wear deodorant these days I WONT BE GOING BACK THERE TO THE 394 locations.

My chicken was raw in my buffalo chicken slider and I had already taken a bite. Management needs to inform the employees to cook it for the right amount of time. Very unsafe. Very unhappy. I won’t be going this Arby’s again.

I can't believe it!!! I actually ate at a fast food restaurant that is worth talking about and I don't feel ripped off. The food was hot, very well put together and the service was great! My roast beef sandwich was so tasty and the potatoes cakes were hot and fresh. I was in a hurry so I used the drive thru and it was lightning fast. The lady at the window was even smiling. Now that's rare nowadays because most people don't provide great customer service. Way to go Arby's!! This location just hit a grandslam!!!
I would give them negative stars if I could. Save yourself and DO NOT walk into this location. The bathrooms were disgusting. Definitely never cleaned. Your feet stuck to the floor everywhere in this place. They obviously never sweep because there was dirt/food all over the floor. Not a single table was clean. I know they never mop by how your feet stick to the floor. The pop machine had black mold growing in the corner of the drip tray. I guarantee they never even clean the pop nozzles. The older man making my chicken wrap had 1 glove on only on one of his hands. I assume he was trying to make food one handed. Until I watched him fold my piece of cheddar cheese in half WITH HIS BARE HAND. His hand washed who knows when because nothing in this store has EVER been wiped or cleaned. The kitchen looked just as dirty. Thats evident. Threw my food away. Utterly disgusted. Not sure how the health department hasnt shut them down yet.

We ordered and got our cups to get drinks and tea was sitting next to the other register and we had to wait until other customer was done plus drive thru to get their drinks before we could. We then went to dining area and our shoes was sticky to the floor. So embarrassing. We then waited 10 minutes then cashier came back and asked us if we was going to eat. I said hopefully, We ordered from you 10 minutes ago. We gave him our ticket and he came back in a few and said somehow our ordered got deleted. He then brought our food. Tables dirty, trash under tables and sticky floor and dirty doors. Not going back there ever.

First we had to wait in the drive thru for at least 20-25 mins. Then they were out of ice and only had hot tea or lemonade. The girl in the drive thru wasn’t very friendly Still paid $28. Absolutely ridiculous

Ordered the new pork BBQ sandwich but it did not have any BBQ sauce on it. Thank goodness I asked for extra and there was a packet in the bag. Oh my goodness! It is so good! If you have the Arby's App you can buy 1 get one free right now. The customer service at the drive thru was great also! The building and parking lot need a little work. I highly recommend the new Pork BBQ sandwich!!
