I absolutely love the food and the servers were so fast and friendly. I highly recommend trying all of their food. You get super large portions and the nachos feed 2 people easily! Baked & Loaded is definitely at the top of my all time favorite food trucks.

What a surprise to find such a unique and friendly restaurant accidentally. We were in Blountville for other business and stopped here for lunch. The BBQ baked potato was marvelous! My wife enjoyed the Fiesta baked potato. Very nice and very different. I hope Baked and Loaded thrive in the Tri Cities!

I ordered a BBQ stuffed baked potato. It was huge and delicious. Unfortunately, it was not completely done. The price was reasonable. This is a cute place with very nice people. I will try it again.

The Buffalo Chicken Wrap is to die for! This is now my second day in a row ordering it. The service is amazing, as the staff are all quick to assist and very kind. The cafe is really cute inside and also has a great outdoor area to enjoy the weather. I recommend for all meals and will be eating here regularly.
