If you order food from burger king and u get your meal large don't expect it to be that way because I don't honestly think they know what it means when you tell them large I think they get mixed up between large and small overall they are good just need to learn the difference between small and large

We went for lunch and got 3 whoppers I asked for no tomato’s and no mayo add mustard what did they put in there
Only mustard and meat nothing else
My family member ordered lettuce and onion only they put mayo on there too

I used to get breakfast from here on my way to work. Super simple order. Breakfast Burrito, no sausage. The burrito comes with egg, cheese, sausage, hash browns and spicy sauce. I like everything, but the sausage. Sometimes they would get it right, sometimes they wouldn't. I would either end up with everything on it, or literally just egg and cheese which is not that great. Fast forward. I have to be at work earlier so I don't go through there anymore, but on Wednesdays my son will run by there and grab me something on his way to college. Every. Single. Time. Since he's been going through there, the order has been wrong. He swings by and drops it off to me and it's literally JUST egg and cheese. Nothing else on it. 🤮 Why is this so hard? No he doesn't check it before he leaves, cause he doesn't like the smell of eggs, and he shouldn't have to unwrap it and do all that. The jingle is lies. You cannot "have it your way" unless "your way" is exactly the way they have it advertised.
10/23/24 Update: Today was different. Ordered two burritos no meat. Got one with sausage and all the other stuff, got one with literally only egg and cheese 🤦♀️. Why.is.it. so.hard. I give up. It's like giving that guy that keeps cheating on you, 150 chances cause "this time it's gonna be different" pfffft... Nope. I'm done. Byeeeee. ✌🏼
There was a new girl working the front. She was trying to get our order right. We ordered onion rings with our meal. To make sure she was right she asked the manager on duty. She told him we ordered onion rings instead of fries. He told her she had everything right. Which she did. The lady working on the orders told the girl that the meal only came with fries. The manager then said the when he looked it said fries. Well its weird that our receipt clearly said onion rings . I don't like the way they tried to make this girl into a liar. Also it being her first day. They should have been right there with her instead of running around . These places don't hire enough people to work they try to make money with skeleton crews . They worry more about the drive thru than they do the ones in the restaurant. It took awhile to get our food. I'm just so upset about the way they did the girl. She kept apologizing and the lady and manager didn't say anything. I pray this girl goes far in life . I also pray she finds a better job.

So we haven't ate Burgerking in awhile as the one in Bristol seems to always let us down. So we decided to ride to this one and man it was great, the food was fresh, we got 2 whopper meals and the burgers was great almost like they was in the early 90s, the Fries was good and had the right amount of Salt The service was good also and very nice. If we would see more Burger kings handled like this one I believe they would be a hit with everyone again
Went through drive thru,ordered a small hamburger extra ketchup and a coke,pull up to window ,get bag of food pull off ,look in bag got a ham croissant and mozzarella cheese,took back and girl got pissed at me because I took it,need to pay attention to their job especially at 12 dollars an hour,earn it!!!!!!!
